I got value-for-money. Breakfast was enough and service was very kind

I phoned the day before to see if I needed to book restaurant and was told I didn't need to but they would leave a message with manager. However on the first evening the restaurant was full. Luckily to pub across the road had food and also a vied of the river.

Great stylish room, lovely bathroom. Good parking. Good breakfast. Restaurant attached.to Hotel.

I booked this on behalf of a 'wish' family. Here is what they said: The Boleyn hotel is fantastic. Huge rooms, comfy beds, air con. For a sensory seeking child was perfect. Lighting not bright. Was such a cosy room. The restaurant was a bit much for ***. Too many people. The staff were amazing and bought her breakfast to the car for her to eat in quiet. Couldn’t of asked for more. x

If we were to stay here again, I would like room that has some natural light and a much better view. The room we had (115) was dark with no view at all. Would have also preferred to have bath towels - the hand towels in the room weren't really suitable for use after a shower.

Expensive. The piped music at breakfast was unbearable; if you insist on playing these dreadful versions of well-know songs, please supply earplugs.

My only criticism is that the window could have done with some net curtains for privacy without closing the main curtains. A blackout blind would also have been usefull

The hotel room was much smaller then I expected and more basic. They use their best pictures to promote the hotel but it isn’t quite as luxurious in real life! I don’t think it was good value for money! There was also a hair in my breakfast when they brought it to me, and when I pointed it out they just said “oh is there?”… not “Oh I’m sorry!”

The hotel is in a great location just a couple of minutes from the river, a few lovely pubs/ bars and a supermarket.

Breakfast choices a bit limited but food was cooked fresh on 2 out of our 3 breakfasts (chafing dishes on the Sunday which didn’t appear to be lit)

Rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. Glazing is good, cutting out all road noise and air con controlled the temperature reasonably well despite it being quite warm outside. Large car park was handy too.

The breakfast room was understaffed by the looks of things and my autistic child got too agitated waiting so we had to have breakfast else where. The staff seemed to be doing their best and were moving very fast but there just weren't enough of them in there.

Comfortable room and a great location next to a beautiful river

It is dated and there was dust on the wardrobe shelf inside and on the top - we put a bag up there so it was out of the way and it was covered in thick dust on the bottom when we took it down. Also, what looked like a smartie was still under the bed (just under the edge) from a previous guest’s stay.

Large well-equipped room and very good shower. The staff were very pleasant and we enjoyed the breakfast. Free parking on site too, always a bonus. Good location - very close to the river towpath, the shops/restaurants/bars and only 20 minutes walk to Staines train station.
