We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWarm and comfy room but what makes this hotel really shine are the excellent staff who are friendly and helpful. As I had to check out super early they gave me fruit and yogurt to take to my room the evening before and even a friendly call to make sure I hadn't fallen asleep again after my alarm went off. will definitely return.

Bedroom was a great size and bed was very comfy. Plenty of hot water for showers. Bar area was great, with friendly staff and clientele, especially all the dogs! Food at dinner was very good

United KingdomWe stayed here for an over night stay in the superior Queen room. The stay was okay, we wouldn't stay again for the price we paid. The car park is around the back of the hotel which is not clearly located. Unfortunately we couldn't contact reception as no phone in room. The TV was miles away from the bed so you had to turn the TV up just to hear it. The door on the room wasn't the easiest to close and lock. Bog standard robe and cheap Slippers. Reception staff in the morning when checking out was not very friendly or seemed like she wanted to be there to be honest. Unfortunately overall a little disappointing.
The room was away from the main hotel. Quiet and peaceful.

United KingdomRoom was one of the court yard rooms and on the particular evening we stayed there was torrential rain, in order to get from our room to the bar we were exposed- a canopy over the walk way may be something to consider for future guests.
