No hot water in the bathroom,hard to understand the instructions tó get in the pub ,for a foreign tourist to understand an indian accent via mobile is a real struggle.

There wasn't any staff you only talk to someone on the phone. Nothing in the property and the TV in the room didn't work. I thought it was a pub when I booked it but its a closed down pub that is made into rooms dull and sparse the only thing I could say was the bed was clean. Wasn't expecting the ritz as it was cheap. But if someone was at hand if you had a problem would of been a help. No information on area or who to contact if a problem arises. Plus the area around was a building ground dangerous if you have mobility issues.

There were doors in the room that led to the back and one of them was open and did not have any locks provided, when called the staff on the phone as no one was around, they liquidated us without giving a solution,

The entrance door wouldn't lock and I could hear a clicking noise all night,the staff called me over the phone to direct me to my room instead of greeting me there,the bahtroom's shower didn't look very clean,under the bed there was so much dust trash,the bed was held by 2 pieces of wood,I literally fell through the bed at some point,for the bathroom I was given some pill sized hand wash

The bed was soft,the locking system was easy to use and efficient,plenty of clean towels

It's a dump! The profile photo is misleading, it's not the "charming pub" it's portrayed to be, it is a low class boarding house on the corner of a housing estate that I wouldn't walk through in the dark! Their add says "free parking", actually it's restricted on-street parking free at certain times of day.

I have not seen any staff member. To check in I had to call a phone number that was written on a note on the door and follow some vague instructions to let myself in. Had to call that number again later after not being able to close my hotel room door. Upon check out the place still seemed abandoned, so I decided to just leave the key and go. The shower had a huge green spot on the floor, as if it had been patched up. Only decided to use it because I was freezing and hadn't discovered the radiator yet. Once I turned that on later, the room quickly became uncomfortably warm. Was excited about the kettle with complimentary tea bags, but inevitably let down when said kettle wouldn't turn on (yes, the outlet was switched on).

Bad smell all the time along. Rubish accumulated for ages along the wall on the floor behind the shelf.

I could not have breakfast in the place where my room smelled bad and there were rubish hidden behind the shelf on the floor against the wall. But I like the peace in the hotel and around it

The room was filthy and mouldy. Very tired room and an exceptionally poor job on the fit out of the room and bathroom. One of the worst I have stayed in. And I have traveled all over the world. Would only recommend to stay there if you are desperate as a last resort. More like a half way House. £60 is way too much. I have stayed in some lovely rooms for that price all over onLondon and the surrounding area and stay in hotels several times a week. No need for such poor quality, shameful.

The location was good for getting into town and there is a shop and take away near by. Parking free and ready available, staff friendly.

Turnt up to what looked like an abandoned pub. No staff on site to greet had to call a number and was told to take a key card from the side of the box and find our own way In. When we got into the room there was stains on the mattress and bedding, the shower head was duct taped on which we refused to use as it didn't look safe nor clean. There was a missing piece of carpet by the nightstand which also had mold on.

Good price for the location. Quiet night time noise. No main road and tucked away in an estate. Complementary tea and coffee facilities.

Quite dirty, old structure, staff never available, no one knew that we were arriving, no one checked our documents, basically there is no reception. It is also in a bad area of Kingston, so the price they ask is not competitive at all with structures in the nearby area. I understand that the structure is old and the area cannot be change, but setting up a reception and welcoming customers would help a lot to give a better impression.

Cheap price for London. However, travellodge Kingston has very similar prices, is better located, is cleaber, staff is always available...

Very run down building - especially bathroom. Only 1 towel & coffee cup provided for booking for 2 guests. No reception / staff nowhere to be found.

Convenient location for this particular trip. Affordable. Bedding was clean.

We didn't see any staff. The bathroom was tiny, the shower wouldn't turn off, the basin tap was loose, the bathroom wasn't clean and the room decor was shabby.
