Very much noise from the street below - french balcony door+windows let you hear every little sound from the street.

Sign over door very small so you would pass by looking for it.

Clean convenient near bus station. Cooking facilities was fantastic. Plenty room. Convenient to Tesco.

For a place called Posh Pads, it did not feel that Posh. The flat we stayed in was very tired. We had to have a number of things repaired or fixed while we stayed. The window blinds were in sad shape and didn't work properly. The living area was really dark with outdated mood lighting that didn't provide any light. The dining table was very heavy and the chairs were hard to move and made a racket when you moved them. We heard them being moved in another flat - it was that loud! AND last but not least...street noise. It was so LOUD - I checked many times to see if the window was open...we were on the 4th floor and it sounded like we were on the street!

The flat was very spacious and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking/eating/laundry. I appreciated that the large beds could be split into 2 singles so that we each had our own bed. Reception staff was amazing. That is the biggest plus for this place.

I genuinely always try to provide some form of constructive feedback but on this occasion I would be reaching, my stay exceeded all expectations.

Reception staff were amongst the friendliest I’ve had the pleasure of being welcomed by. A few staff changes from check in to check out (naturally) and each of them were full of smiles and courtesy. Location GREAT. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was complete with all necessary facilities. Fast Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen and extremely comfortable sofa!

Noise from others staying in next apartment until 5:00am!! Not posh pads fault but wasn’t great!!

The apartment was large and comfortable. Nice furnishings and very clean. We didn’t eat in but everything there to cook if you wanted to self cater. The staff were extremely helpful and very pleasant.

Nothing - our only gripe was the noisy seagulls but that is nothing to do with the hotel!

It was a beautiful penthouse suite called the View - it exceeded our expectations - we booked it for our daughters 21st and we had the best 2 days and the penthouse was just perfect - beds were so comfortable and a beautifully equipped kitchen. The staff were beyond helpful and so friendly.

The heating in the lounge/kitchen area wasn’t working. The guy on reception came to our room to try and fix it. He couldn’t but did offer to bring us a heater. It was fine.

We’ve stayed here a few times and will stay again. The rooms are spacious and the location is fantastic. The car parking is great, although I noticed they now charge for parking.

Beautiful spacious apartment with everything you could possible need. Amazing staff. Ashley and Bob on Reception and the other young lady . Frankie was brilliant. Such a lovely helpful interesting young woman.

The apartment is beautiful. Everything you could need. Finished to a high standard and spotlessly clean. The location is fantastic. In the city centre but still in a quieter area.
