The pods for the coffee machine were not labelled so unsure if any were decaffeinated. Breakfast coffee was weak and there was no toast at breakfast.

The Granary is a series of ground floor en suite rooms arranged around a large lawned area. It is set some distance from the main hall in a quiet location. Car parking is near to the rooms and a breakfast room is also on site with reception open at set times. The room we had was well appointed and comfortable.

The road to the property was not maintained and full of large potholes. Didn't actually meet any staff and breakfast chef disappeared before we finished, although handover of keys was managed well

Lovely setting room was well presented and spotlessly clean . Good breakfast although could have done with toast and preserves.

The other guests were extremely noisy. It's not something the staff could do much about, but it was annoying, and disturbed our sleep.

Our room was warm and spacious, on a very cold night. Very pleasant stay.

Website said reception closed at 5.30pm. We arrived at 5pm but it was already closed. Not a big deal as they called and informed us of room allocation, it's just sometimes nice to speak face to face and ask more questions about the area. Like I say not a huge issue, overall still happy with experience.

Location was good and enjoyed the breakfast too. Nice surroundings to walk our dog. Room was comfortable and a good size.

Lots of condensation dripping down windows in the morning. Not a problem for us but doesn’t seem very good for wooden window frame and carpet.

Bed was very comfortable- not too soft! Room was cosy and attractive with generous tea and coffee and toiletries supplied. Breakfast was great and the staff were warm and friendly. Very happy with our choice of accom in The Granary.

Not much other than the room being so warm, not really something that can be changed cause of hot weather could potentially do with thermal curtains in the room to help keep the heat out in the summer

The WiFi didn't work at all in the room and there is no phone signal which made it difficult to contact family which is important when travelling for work. Also, no hairdryer, fortunately I brought my own but this is the first place I have been to that doesn't supply them.

Cosy breakfast room, reasonable selection for a small venue, breakfast tasty and the cook/server was very friendly. Service was quick considering the breakfast is freshly cooked, ideal for a business trip when your keen to get back!

Too many dogs about and difficult to find. Please make clear it is on route to Fawley Hall. It's a long walk to the hall itself and to nearby eating establishments.

Free parking. Lovely breakfast cooked to order.

There was a clicking/creaking in the roof or somewhere. Can't really be helped as it's just the building. The bed was really creaky. In our room the tv aeriel went all the way round the room and had quite a loose connection so needed a little jiggling. If anything these comments are just nit picking as the overall stay was great and we would recommend.

Breakfast was excellent, very well presented and tasty, with excellent quality ingredients. The surroundings are amazing and serene. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. Totally worth the money.
