Geoff’s hospitality was outstanding and he engaged with us in a warm and welcoming way. His cooked breakfast each morning was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast was very good and nice hot and was the coffee with plenty of orange juice, Throughout the hotel was very clean and plenty of electric sockets in room. Also bottles of water with biscuits in room every day and like the flowers on front of the building.

We were happy with everything at the price point we paid.

Geoff and Jacqui were so lovely and helpful during our stay. The breakfast had a great selection and it was easy to accommodate to our preferences. The location was right outside the beach, making it easy to access throughout the day and use whenever we needed it.

The hosts, Geoff & Jackie were brilliant, it was like staying with old friends, despite it being our first time with them. The breakfast was spot on every morning with gallons of coffee & toast. They really couldn't be more friendly and the location right on the beach was brilliant.

That I was silly enough to take so much luggage and that we had to leave! Was a very comfortable stay we didn't want to leave and we spent 6 nights in all as for the hotel absolutely nothing I didn't like even had the option of a mini fridge in the room which is a great bonus for families definatly If anything could be improved and it's being proper finicky because you don't need it as they offer food perhaps a wee rental of a microwave would be a good option for families trying to keep costs down perhaps in the bar area for safety of course rather than the room that people could access as wished could be an added bonus but as I said they do actually offer hot snacks up until 9 that I completely forgot about so it isn't necessary really at all but could be a wee extra I'd certainly be happy to pay for

The staff are probably honestly the nicest people I've met...nothing is to much bother they really took the extra time and effort on asking if the kiddies where still hungry and made sure we never left hungry that really stood out to me, with so many options your truly spoilt for choice....the owner was a very kind, funny, welcoming man who was wonderful and the staff in the mornings are so friendly it I can say without any doubt is the best family place to stay on the seafront and we've stayed all along there. Very informative and helpful in every way to the point we are coming back again next year to this hotel definatly. I loved the room size lovely and spacious for a family of four so bo one has to share a bed and the price is really brilliant value for money .... Families cannot go wrong by booking here you get way more value and space for your money but with a much much better experience The mini fridge option was a great thing to have and great tea coffee and even tassino option! Ahh the beds where Soo comfy! Not often on holiday with hundreds of things to do you want to stay in the warm cozy bed but it was very comfortable we all slept very well and got a good quiet sleep I LOVE they have a story... They have funded a non profit school with the funds they make off things like extra tassinmo pods and it was actually quite wonderful hearing the many years they've worked so hard to bring education and a safe place to learn for those in need...that speaks volumes to me....something they don't have to do but take exceptional pride in doing shows the enormity of the heart of the individuals working here There's actually quite a cool little bar downstairs with a pool table...maybe snooker I'm not knowledgeable of these things lol but another great little add on but it's quiet and non disruptive for younger guests we didn't here a peep and perhaps next time I stay I might have a sneaky wee drink!

James and I booked last minute for a quick get away and Jackie and Jeff were just lovely. Jeff sorted us parking in his lock up and never grumbled when we had to go off and get the car out. They were so friendly and we will defo go back. Brekkie was fabulous ! X
