Not enough towels and could have used another blanket. Only had one blanket big enough for one person in a king bed.

A few problems: washing machine instructions were inadequate. After 2 1/2 hours cycle finally stopped. Even though cold water, low spin, synthetic selected, clothes were mauled. #2: directions for stove burners did not correspond to stove model. Receptionist came to unit and spent over half an hour trying to get burner to work. Despite calling maintenance person, the manufacturer, a you tube video, she couldn’t get burners to work which limited our menu options #3: Impossible to reach reception after 4 when coffee shop closed if you are staying in flats on Tanner Row and don’t have access to rear entrance. Come on guys, you have a great property. Why has no one fixed these problems??

We couldn't find the teaspoons, maybe our mistake but it's only a small fault.

The facilities were immaculate, it was clean and the bed was so comfy, especially the pillows.

Liked everything apart from the noise from Some neighbours which I know you can’t really manage. Had them slamming doors at 2:30 in the morning. Stomping around for about an hour.

We liked the space, it was very spacious. The living room and the lighting was perfect for the perfect night in. The shower was perfect and the bedroom was bang on.

Central York location. Easy walk within everything. Car park (NCP tanner row) was just down the road. Access to the property was very easy. Facilities within the apartment were impressive. The apartment was clean and modern. Very comfortable stay and would visit again in a heartbeat!

Really lovely apartments - we stayed across two and both really spacious and super clean. Staff very understanding when we got overexcited making fudge and set the fire alarm off, apologies! 😂😭

We booked a studio for the night and couldn’t believe the size of it, it was twice as big as we’d thought! Great location too, only 10 mins walk to the Minster and less Jorvik centre area
