Lovely property to share with friends. Plenty of communal space, kitchen facilities, very clean and had option of single beds . At the back of a main road but incredibly quiet. Good location for exploring the area.

Everything about the property was brilliant, the little touches like having milk, coffee, tea, sugar and biscuits when you arrive is fantastic and very appreciated after a long journey. Great location for what I was doing. Also the bed is so comfortable!

Comms with the owners not great if I'm honest - I messaged on day of arrival, no reply, we had issues with the tv and fridge and I wanted to report other items but I was not responded to. In the end my husband called and apparently the owner was away....he tried to help with tv issue but I do feel if you are running a business in hospitality then someone, if not yourself should be available to at least communicate with. His partner was working late?! Beds When connected as a king, they are just two single beds pushed together, no topper, very soft beds - not the most comfortable - personal preference No patio doors curtaining! The property is lovely and I tried to feedback privately but no reply so I will post here..... No Loo roll holders so for an elderly visitor it's too hard to reach behind for the loo roll. Maybe a stand for the loo roll ........ Only 1 big towel each and a hand towel between us..... Trivial but no egg cups :) The extractor fan in the bathroom not working FYI to owner - no hoover available even though they ask for the handover to be clean - fridge/freezer was so frosted up we couldn't use it - I offered to defrost for next person but no reply. It is a very small fridge for the size of the property - shame there's not a full size fridge freezer in the cupboard that they keep the iron and dustpan :( Most of this feedback could've been addressed if the owner responded to messages .........

Very fresh smelling and clean on arrival Easy to find although watch sat nav as it really is the only property on the postcode and with growing hedges we missed the signs. Open spaces and bright Very mellow sitting in the courtyard but if you had more than 2 peeps there's no seating

A beautifully furnished, comfortable and spotlessly clean accommodation. The owners responded immediately to a question we had during our stay. The surroundings are gorgeous along with the sunsets. We loved the fact there is a small garden area to sit outside.

The settee was a sofa bed which meant it wasn’t very comfortable. The bed has an old, soft mattress and mattress topper, again which wasn’t very comfortable. Some crockery was dirty. Some of the linens are quite old/worn. Kitchen/cupboards need a thorough clean.

So lovely very comfortable hosts were very friendly and if needed they were next door.theirs everything their if you want to just chill all the facilities were their to cook up a lovely dinner .

Two glasses unfortunately were not clean and the cafetiere dirty. Just a minor cleaning error but otherwise spotless.

Great location. Just off main road but feels quiet. Alot of effort has gone into making this an excellent place to stay. Lovely decor.

Although I was aware it was a pet friendly accommodation I was expecting it to be a bit cleaner. Alot of dog hairs as if it hadn't been swept properly, also when going to use the microwave we found a half full mug with some sort of drink in it that had gone mouldy. Clearly that had been there for quite some time. We couldn't get the TV to work with sky either I do message the hosts about all this but never got a reply.

Could not get Netflix due to internet, informed owners. Wasn't a problem for us. There is a lot of cars noise at night due to being near a road this some might find a little annoying. Did not bother us. Apartment is entered by a stairs leading up to it could be a little slippery due to weather so make sure you hold the hand rail.

It was clean and fresh, bright and spacious. Everything that you needed was there. Well located for places to visit. ideal walking countryside, The bridle path led to small hamlet and a pub which was a bonus as you could have a meal or a drink with no driving involved. Facilities for cooking at the apartment if you chose, The bed was very comfortable a good night sleep, We had views of countryside and sounds of the cows mooing and other farm animals to see on our walks.Enjoyed watching the rabbits play in the nearby field. A perfect place to stay.

We couldn’t get the wifi to work so we couldn’t use Netflix or anything. They had sky though so we could use that.

Was beautifully decorated and very clean. Very good location, close to Chichester town and lots of nice places to go for walks. Beds were so comfy.

These are suggestions not things I did’t like. Heavy fabric curtains in the bedroom to mask some of the noise from the main road. In winter they could make the room look even more cosy and in summer they could be closed during the day to help to keep the room cool. Some basic pantry-items (salt, pepper, cooking oil etc)in the kitchen or a note to people who book to let them know to bring these basic items if they are going to self-cater. I forgot oil, bought some and left it for future guests.

I liked the layout of the apartment, the size of the rooms, the way it was decorated and the facilities provided. It was cosy, and felt like home at the end of a busy day touring around the area.

Identifying the turn into the Piggery could be better, especially when returning after sunset. Not a major issue.

The accommodation was excellent, the location perfect and the weather - dry and sunny made for a great holiday break.
