Apartment 205 was above the main road with windows that were not sufficiently soundproof. It was noisy until around 2am. I needed earplugs to sleep. Other apartments on the back or side or the building may be better though not sure if you are able to choose…

Clean and well located. Friendly and helpful security / reception staff. Rooms nicely furnished.

Road noise was a little intrusive in the early morning (2nd floor overlooking main road). But it did not spoil the stay

I've gotten quite picky as the trips started pilling, so the fact that I don't really have anything to say here is great. Look, is it a 5-stars, of course not :)) but knowing London standards and prices it's very good value for buck

This is serviced apartments done right! Some great positive points that really for us made this one of the best places we've stayed: very good bed (and ultimately that's what matters right? :)) ) very nice kitchen, all you need, nice clean design and space, good enough sealed windows (for London).

Our first apartment was a small standard on the front of the building. We had to swap due to the microwave not working. You could hear the traffic but it wasn’t too noisy. Due to the nature of self catering facilities in the building, we experienced the fire alarm going off twice during our 1 night stay. The last time at 04:30. It took a good while to turn it off.

Nice large apartment. Receptionist was lovely and friendly. The apartment was on the back of the building, so there was no noise from the road. Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen area was very well equipped to cook a simple meal.

They had a late night porter to check us in at 3am which was amazing. Very attentive staff and room had everything to keep us comfortable and feel at home. Cannot fault a single thing with this place. The room was also spacious and big.

From the moment I checked in to the property, Maria was extremely friendly and made me feel welcome. I was also upgraded upon arrival and the facilities and the room were so clean. There was so much storage, a washing machine, fridge, stove, more than enough towels and the bed was super comfy. It felt like my own little apartment and I will definitely stay again for longer next time.

The room isn't as soundproof and bed was by the front door.

It's very comfortable! Great size. Everything was included and received welcome gift which was nice. Staff are very pleasant. Hotel is quiet and in a very safe area, walking distance to plenty of places. The apartment itself offers full amenities. Home away from home.

The room was somewhat smaller than I had anticipated. Also the wheelchair lift at street level did not work and as my mother was in a wheelchair that made life somewhat difficult to access the property.

I have had problems twice now with the inadequate lighting in the apartments. There is a need for supplementary lighting adjacent to the sofa and/or dining table, otherwise one is forced to use the overhead lights the whole time.

All facilities clean and well-functioning. Nice views.

I would prefer it if there was a cleaning service every 2-3 days even if it is charged as extra.

There wasn't quite enough space in the studio kitchen to do washing up. There was a beeping noise from the next door unit, perhaps when they shut the door. But otherwise fine.

Great location. Quiet rooms considering it's on a fairly busy road. Modern interior fitout. Fairly spacious studios. I would recommend this facility.

Didn’t like the bed next to the door when you straight go in. You can hear outside car noise from the window. Curtain could do with a change.
