Macerator bathroom system was annoying. Any time water was running there was a roaring noise. Don't expect a power shower although it looked nice and new the electric shower produced a trickle of water. I had to wash and rinse hair in sink with both taps running. No fruit or yogurt offered at breakfast. Had to request hairdryer and fresh towels. No checking in after 9pm seemed a bit harsh if people have to travel a distance.

We had a family room for two nights with large bay window. Nice views and seating area. Room was freshly decorated and refurbished shower room. Nice walks to town and along the bays.

Clean and comfortable. Spacious room. Huge bed and large bathroom. Food was lovely and the hosts were great. Fantastic value for money

The room was uncomfortabley hot at night, and then with the window open you could hear a lot of noise outside.

The room was very clean, and nicely decorated. The host was very helpful.

Could have done with a little table between the beds.

We were happy with everything the breakfast was very good, location was so so a little far away for my friend and I, we were a little disappointed in the room soo small, was very hot.

Just a 'little bit more' of a few small things: sachets of tea, coffee, loo roll - of which there was a relatively small amount available and no spare if it would have been required. The towels were absorbent but a bit tired looking.

A central location and I found parking close by so was happy ! The stairs up to my room on the 3rd floor offered a little extra work out which I did not mind.

Toilet area hadn't been cleaned thoroughly for a long time. Obvious detritus from previous occupants.

Expensive for what it was, the room was basic with a bed, TV, kettle etc. Nothing we didn't like just didn't think it was worth the money paid.

Lots of free parking available on the street by the hotel and on the front. Location is the west end of Morecambe but only a 20/25 min walk into Morecambe Town centre.

Clean and tidy, Friendly helpful patrons, breakfasts good size portions and quality produce used, very enjoyable stay would recommend it, near the sea, Covid restrictions still apply to some aspects of stay but were clearly explained and hand sanitizer provided, would definitely book again, Carole Wilson

Room size good, we had a double, TV, coffee and Tea facilities in room good, ample towels provided ,Bed linen clean and fresh, shower and toilet facilities roomy, clean and tidy. Location great for sea and beach and pubs and promanade with larger range shops only a short walk away and quite few small shops open later round about guest house for any general supplies you may run out of.

Room small. Two single beds. Bad flush on toilet. The breakfast was horrendous. Sink in the room rather than with toilet

Spotless, great sized room, very pleasant hosts, great location slightly away from the hustle and bustle but not too far from amenities. Breakfast was superb every day. Very highly recommend for families and couples.

I can honestly say there wasn't anything I was unhappy with

The friendliness of the owners was very good. The room was warm and comfortable. I had no issues with my stay but it was made clear by the owners that should have any issues during my stay that I could contact them at any time. If ever I stay I'm Morecambe again it will be here
