If I was going to be picky I would have liked a full length mirror in the room but I did notice there was one outside the room in the hallway.

Great location, close to the Bournemouth O2. Lovely clean room,very comfy bed and nice bedding. Duncan the host was very welcoming and cooked a delicious breakfast which was included in the price.There is parking on the front of the property or free parking in the street.Boscombe beach is a short drive away.

Only thing would be a fridge in the bedroom but in saying that there was a communal one downstairs we could have used.

Duncan the host made it very easy to book in after hours. The room was nice and clean and the shower was nice and hot. It was a very quiet street at night. Close walk to the shops and beach. Would stay again

In a world full of average places to stay Duncan has made The Westby stand out above all others! He goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has a great stay. He let me check in very early,10am!, room was comfortable, probably the best bed I have slept in, breakfast lovely, he deserves the 10/10 reviews. Will stay again when in the area. Thank you Duncan!

The bedside table light wasn’t really suitable for reading.

Excellent value for money. Very clean and green, providing bins for recycling. Good choice of breakfast and milk, with little or no waste. Accessible to town and beach front.

Duncan was a fantastic host who made sure my stay was perfect. He was warm and friendly and was happy to give recommendations of places to visit. The location has lots of restaurants nearby and Bournemouth centre is only a short cab ride away. My room was cosy and perfect for my short stay. As a solo female traveller, I felt extremely comfortable and safe. Will definitely stay again next time I am visiting the area!

The location is great! Easy to get to from the train station with good transport links to bournemouth town centre. It is very close to the beach within 10min walk! The room was very lovely and clean and Duncan is such a nice and helpful host. The whole experience was great and we would like to come back again!

I was able to park right outside the property, and we were met on arrival by Duncan, who was extremely helpful and informative. The property was nice and clean, smelled fresh, and had everything we needed. Duncan obviously knows the area well, and was able to recommend places to go, tips for our stay and was available to answer any needs we may have had.

Our room was on the top floor, and as we were not used to stairs, it was a bit of a workout for us 😆

Shower cubicle was tiny, shower somehow would only adjust hotter, not colder. Pillows were a little hard. Map didn't show the steep the hill down to the beach, although I should have done my research first. Limited parking. Low slanted ceiling on the stairs to the top floor.

Breakfast: Very good. Cooked properly, good quantity. Room: Clean and good amount of space for motorbike gear. Bed: Comfy, nice thick mattress. Bathroom: Clean, no glaring issues. Power shower, which are always a treat. Instructions for shower operation were provided, which was welcome. Location was good, and was recommended a good venue for dinner.

Duncan is an amazing host, can't recommend The Westby enough. Duncan went out of his way to tell us about the best local spots in the area for food and local pub to go into before our show in the O2 Academy. The room was very spacious, clean, and had a great breakfast in the morning.
