Sorry there wasnt anything I didnt like.

Firstly what you find as you open the door is how clean the apartment was. Everything you could need was catered for. Value for money you definitely get more bang for your buck! And the location is excellent for everything in our case the Convention Centre.

Not much at all! The loft being on the top floor, we banged our head into sloping ceiling and structural beams a few times but it was our fault not paying attention!

The Toffee Loft is a clean, very spacious top floor property with everything you may need during your stay including washing machine, dishwasher, plenty of hot shower with good water pressure, very effective electric heating, and zonal parking permit and a parking disc included amongst other stuff. Access to the property was clearly explained in advance by Olivia. Where it's located can't get any more central than this. Just fantastic. Any issues with the stay, which we had very little of, communication with Olivia was 1st class via booking.com messaging.

Gorgeous apartment, everything you could possibly need (more glassware than my own home!). Nice complementary water, shortbread and milk - even ice in the freezer!

Bed a little too soft for our liking.

Hot water system took a little fathoming out as timer did not appear to move/function despite using ‘boost’ button (not particularly good ironing board was covering controls ..). when no hot water for whole evening, resorted turning on last remaining switch and finally hot water - maybe some instructions/photo guide to be available in flat?

Attention to detail was impressive - it had everything you would need and we really appreciated that milk and bottled water was left in the fridge for us (and some biscuits!). Also, the bed was very comfortable :)

Property was immaculately clean and contained all equipment that you could possibly want. Although owner was in America she answered any questions immediately and helpfully. Could not have been better located.

We couldn’t fault the Toffee Loft.

This apartment is just lovely! It is in a super location for the centre of Harrogate, the beautiful Valley Gardens, bus and train stations and the beautiful RHS Harlow Carr gardens. We were here for a week, and relied purely on public transport, which was so easy. The town has many lovely restaurants…we would be happy to recommend. The owner was super helpful, and had left us water, tea, milk and biscuits for our arrival. We were here during the heatwave, and yes, the Loft was mega warm, but that isn’t a criticism….just a factor the whole population had to deal with. We felt totally at home in this tastefully furnished, much larger than expected apartment. We couldn’t recommend this place enough. Go for it, you won’t be disappointed! Thank you Olivia.
