We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

locations fantastic for uphill Lincoln.. easy access to the castle and cathedral. room clean and comfortable, however some minor issues with shower, somewhat dealt with. breakfast, good choice on offer. Have stayed a few times at this hotel and would always stay again. Staff are helpful and polite .

Great location, lovely rooms and so different from the chain hotel rooms . Lovely breakfast and service in the morning. We were there at the weekend and great atmosphere in the bar in the evening with a very busy restaurant.

Superb location at the top of the hill so no need to tackle Steep Hill!! Breakfast was excellent and plentiful and room was very comfortable

We were delighted with our stay. Tower Hotel is less than 5 minutes' walk from the Cathedral. The room was basic but the bathroom excellent. Very pleased with the service. The breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked to order. An unexpected bonus: the hotel has some resident parking permits. One of those allowed us to park free of charge right in front of the hotel.

United KingdomRoom a bit small would have preferred not to have the TV and possibly had more room to get ready each day/evening. Lighting wasn't great, certainly not for getting ready but fine for just relaxing in etc.
Amazing location at the very top of the hill. Loved stepping out and there was the castle walls right in front of you. Absolutely loads of (paid) parking nearby and we were able to park on the street for free all Easter break with a hotel permit that was a bonus. Hotel bar was very popular with locals. Often couldn't get a seat but plenty of other pubs and bars close by. Our room was lovely if not a bit small and not very well laid out. Difficult to sit in front of a mirror to get ready for instance. TV on a huge tripod stand almost in middle of room and almost tripped on it a few times. Bed was lovely and comfortable though. Staff friendly and would definitely return.

Breakfast was great, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was comfortable, we had tea and coffee facilities (and biscuits!!), it had a fridge too with water in it. The bar was also very nice.
