Ideally located, close to Blackpool North Station, made to feel welcome. Room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast on offer ranged from toast, cereals to full cooked, and was good quality. Everything you need for a seamless stay. No problems in recommending to friends and family.

I think the guy was called Steve ? Couldn’t do enough for you , very welcoming and very informative. Nice extra touches in your room like robe and slippers, toiletries, water etc brilliant location 5 minute walk from the North train station. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a very comfortable and pleasant stay after a day of fun at the pleasure beach. The breakfast was exceptional. The host was very welcoming and helpful during our stay here. Definitely staying here again in the future!

My wife and I stayed in room 12 the Executive King Room and found nothing to complain about with every conceivable requirement catered for 👍 The location is perfect if you want to be in easy walking distance of the tower and the best nightlife.

Nothing....all good except a serving Bar would be great....just for 1 or 2 drinks in the late evening to relax if you don't fancy going out...but it's not a necessity...I appreciate the fact that some people don't behave properly after consuming alcohol so yeah I totally understand

Room was very equipped with all we needed..plenty of Coffee, tea hot chocolate and milk and herbal tea...bed AMAZING.!!! Very comfortable and very clean ensuit....

Everything! - Me and the O/H have found our go to place for Blackpool! Can tell the owners have put thought and effort in to details down to the cotton wool and ear buds in the bathroom! The hotel itself perfect location! Everything in easy walking distance but yet set in the more quieter part of Blackpool which was perfect for us! Can tell the cleaning is always kept on top of as not even a spec anywhere even carpets 🤩 Definitely will be returning and a definite 10/10

Car parking is a pain, our host helped us in using a parking unit very close, and very safe.

The greeting was very friendly on our arrival. The bed-room room was clean and comfortable. The shower was excellent, and the bathroom was a nice size. The breakfast was the best that we have had in Blackpool. The idea of asking us what time for breakfast was an excellent idea, the same goes for our choice of food. This hotel has a good atmosphere and is very friendly.

Just spent 4 days here and it was wonderful, Room was lovely and clean and serviced every day. Breakfast was great plenty to chose from and great quality. bath robes and slippers were a nice little extra. even had a fan and iron .would defiantly book again.

If you are over 25 this is the place for you. (You have to be over 25 so if you’re not look elsewhere) Welcoming professional great breakfast. Comfy bed beautiful extra large white towels all Mod cons. Would recommend 5*
