You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe breakfast was very tasty, freshly cooked and Rod was happy to ensure we had all we needed. Nice location, within walking distance of the local harbour and eating places. Enjoyed a nice chat and a drink with with Rod in the lounge after our evening meal in the town. Rod was very helpful advising places to eat locally and also recommended Appledore as somewhere to stop on our way home. We actually stopped on our way home and enjoyed a coffee at Appledore, a quiet place with a nice estuary.

Enjoyed our 2 night stay. Nice room with a lovely view, No1. Very clean and comfortable. A nice 25 min walk into town though a bit steep on the way back. Staff very amicable and gave good advice on where to eat. Breakfast as expected but with the added bonus of a special of salmon and eggs .
