Very small rooms and slightly uncomfortable beds. Also only 4 tables for breakfast and with 16 rooms it causes issues

my room was extremely small. barely swing a cat. no where to put case so took up what little floor space there was. drink facilities were in the hall, luckily for my room literally just outside.

Bed was stiff for us. Walls was very thin. We could literally hear conversations and snoring of the other guest.

Near to tour spots. Literally you can walk from the hotel. Near to victoria coach station. Near to some restaurants.

The bed was very uncomfortable and there was a lot of mould around the main door. The bathroom is so small it’s hard to close the bathroom door while on the toilet

The actual pillows were not very comfy, and I didn't like the fact there was no kettle or tea/ coffee facilities in the room. It felt very budget even though I felt we paid quite a lot of money for the 2 nights. I think it would have been better value if cooked breakfast was offered as an alternative. We found the layout rather amusing! We walked into the ensuite bathroom immediately from the hallway, so had to go through this to get into the main bedroom!! There seemed to be limited options if you wanted a different type of tea or coffee, and I would say that there were a great many stairs to climb, so would think this definitely not a good option for taking an elderly relative, or very young children, but it was OK for my teenager and I.

Nice location, very central and convenient to transport and things to do. The breakfast offered was fairly reasonable but basic. However, the staff members were polite and approachable. Good, that toiletries were included.

The room opens into the bathroom as a throughfare to the bedroom which is quite awkward. The bathroom layout was also a bit strange, the toilet roll was mounted on the other side of the room to the toilet, probably because the toilet is right next to the wet room style shower. Decor is very dated, the cabinets etc in my room were made of chipboard and had big chunks missing. Cleanliness was passable, the main things were clean but some items like the radiator were filthy (I made the mistake of hanging a hoodie on it momentarily). TV remote and buttons on TV were bust, making it a pain to use. Noise travels in this hotel and someone was playing music till gone 2am, take earplugs.

Great location and the staff were friendly. Bathroom is modern and clean if not oddly layed out. Location is great and only a short walk from Victoria station.

Very small double bed which was rock hard and you could feel the springs. Breakfast included!!! Consisted of cereal, toast and Aldi chocolate croissants. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Hot water urn, milk etc on the 1st floor which meant we had to carry hot drinks up several flights to the top floor, not ideal.

Very basic, we were provided with a dirty towel and a n old torn towel. room was very small, no tea/ coffee facility in the room. the bathroom door was very difficult to open/ close. breakfast was 7.30-9am ( even at weekends) and there was only white bread, instant coffee and cereal.

The staff were super friendly and understanding. They allowed me to stay a couple of later than the expected check out time without any extra charges.

The room was fairly small but it served it's purpose for a solo traveler staying for 1 night. Breakfast wasn't all that great. The bed sheets were stained but otherwise smelled clean.

Room was very time and as I was traveling with my mother, the twin room offered very little other than small bed and one night table. Bath was newer and clean, but the shower had no door or curtain the the floor would be wet and there was no floor mat, could not use the towel as there was no housekeeping on a two night stay.

it was quite narrow hallways which is fine however with luggage makes going upstairs and around corners past other people quite hard however that’s just the shapes of the building nothing to be done about it.

I liked the fact you could see standards and cleanliness throughout were kept and there was an air of professionalism compared to more local b&b options

The bedroom and bathroom were small but clean and presentable. However the carpet was a little worn and upon pulling the duvet back bed linen had not been changed. Hairs from previous occupant still on show. The chap on charge managed to find clean bed sheets still marked though. A duvet cover would have been good. The last annoying item a coffee tea machine outside your room making a noise on and off during the night.

The hotel felt welcoming and warm with good decor and staff who seemed on mark helpful, attentive and easy to deal with.
