The al inclusive drink were weak.

We had a lovely sea view room. It was worth the extra money. Very clean, excellent staff, fantastic value for money, entertainment is great, especially the comedians.

Rooms do need updating but can’t fault it for the money. The cleaning lady on our floor (ground floor) was so friendly and hardworking, it’s definitely just cosmetic.

Amazing stay with family. 3 nights All Inclusive and will definitely be going back. Staff are all so lovely, food is amazing and the entertainment was good old school cabaret. Met some great people and had a brilliant time!

Two changes to evening entertainment bathroom a little small. Lift was tiny and a bit out of the way.

There was nothing we didn't like. If we had to give any criticism it would be that our room was a little bit small, but it wasn't a problem.

Food was excellent, so was the entertainment. Staff were warm and friendly, nothing was too much trouble.

Small room,no coat hooks,general maintenance.

Hotel a little dated some tlc needed,mouldy silicone sealant around the bath,decoration in general,carpets in places.have been before,pre covid.

Overheated room.

Location of hitel very good. Room allocated was far too hot and discovered it was over the kitchen . After a bit of discussion we were offered another room. Parts of hotel a bit tired. Entertainment was outstanding . Very professional.Breakfast good.

I had a small issue with the sheets on the bed as it was stained pretty bad .As it was 11pm at night I didn’t think it could have been dealt with so just let it go

Sadley to say, people be careful, a certain amount of money went missing , my sister came home after a fabulous stay, and noticed she had left money in a envelope in the drawer in her room, she phoned Viking straight away, the person who she spoke to found the envelope in the drawer, so my sister went back to blackpool for the money, did not open it till she got home, and 90pounds short...they was good about it said they would look into it, but No was the answer, my sister informed the police about it, they was very good...but its your word against theres. So people be aware that all I'm saying, my sister would rather git it to charity that have it ..........
