A bit old fashioned, very busy roads around and you can hear everything around. They have night club opposite hotel so on the weekend was very busy and in the night I can hear fight outside and etc…

King size bed was very comfortable, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and gym was very good. The restaurant is okey, but not the best menu, coffee was nice, breakfast is okey. Stuff is friendly and helpful!

Could have used a chest of drawers as a family room for 5 nights we did struggle with just 1 wardrobe. Cleaned ok but had to ask quite a few times for replenishment of tea and toilet rolls, although always replaced within the hour. Shame about the lack of biscuits.

The breakfast was adequate, room size was lovely.

Shower did not work properly, taps in the bathroom were wobbly and our room was in need of a lick of paint.

It is central to the pubs cafes and shops. It was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Advertised parking was practically none-existant and the few spaces available were very small.

The breakfast was good, but a lot of the items on the menu were either unavailable, or not mentioned by the staff. The bistro food was of a high quality and the staff in the bistro were exceptional. The swimming pool and facilities were great.

Limited access to spa due to pre-booking requirements, robes/towels not in room on arrival but quickly resolved. Bed is a basic double and a little too small for us but, overall, great place to stay.

Nice friendly staff, food superb, drinks well priced and a view of Scotland from the bedroom window.

Parking at both zones was often full, leaving us to have to seek alternative locations, not ideal if you are travelling often, or have difficulty walking. Too few vegan options on the menus, more variety would be nice. Lack of minifridge in the room; would be ideal for wines and drinks. Keycards for room entry didn't work consistently, one failed without having it near any devices such as phones. Keycode entry system into the hotel after hours could cause issues, remembering after a few drinks or those with poor memory may struggle, although a night porter is on site.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was very good, excellent food and drinks. Clean and tidy hotel, nothing was dirty or out of place. Great facilities! Very comfortable beds, great shower and nice quality consumables such as soaps and washes. Would stay again!

Not really the hotels fault but the pool booking system didn't seem to be working it was booked up do we couldn't swim, but only once did we see people in. We didn't pre book as we didn't know what we were doing when. Maybe a first come first served would be better as the hotel can't really help it if people don't show up.

Nice hotel very central so is a bit noisy. Staff friendly. Nice touches in the rooms.

The room was noisy from other guests, there was insufficient parking and the pool and leisure facilities were unavailable due to be being booked out. We booked the hotel due to the presence of the leisure facilities and on arrival found that there were no spare bookings throughout our 3 day stay.

The restaurant and bar were good and the staff helpful and nice. Really enjoyed the food. The room was well enough equipped and shower was good.
