Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.

United KingdomOnly downside we found it a bit noisy. Had to have the window shut as buskers and dj from the top might keep you awake. But everything stops after midnight. The airco was one of the best I ve come across
Lovely and friendly staff. We ended up with a deluxe room as ours wasn't ready. The views are stunning especially from the breakfast room or from the rooftop bar / restaurant. Breakfast was really good. Hot items, cold ones, continental, cooked breakfast. Absolutely amazing.

AustraliaWe chose this hotel for the central location. It exceeded our expectations and loved it. Perfect location for a very short visit. Despite being located right on the square, the room was quiet and has no issues at all with noise of any kind. Great size room, clean and loved the decor. Daily breakfast was great - the orange juice spectacular and the bite sized brownies to die for!! We also ate dinner with spectacular Acropolis views at the rooftop restaurant which was fantastic!! Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

United KingdomSmall but perfect room, lovely bed and great shower, good selection for breakfast and the best location in Athens. Right next to the metro that goes to the airport and Piraeus. The roof terrace is fab, seriously cool, good cocktails. And to top it all a 24hr reception with lovely staff. It’s a total gem of a place.

PeruMonastiraki Square, where the hotel is located, can be quaint, lovely in the early hours of the morning when it is clean and peaceful, but we arrived in the afternoon when the square was full, we had to drag our luggage amidst garbage, people getting ready to sleep on the street and we almost missed the door to the hotel since it’s flanked by commerce and the lobby area is so tiny. Also, by night, it can be loud for early sleepers, fortunately we are not in that group and enjoyed going out at night.
I liked two things the most; its rooftop bar and the place where we had breakfast. The view from both was amazing! Also, the rooms were spacious and the fact that the hotel wasn’t massively big was a plus for me.

Great location with amazing views of the acropolis from the roof garden and the breakfast room. One of the best breakfasts we have ever had and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Great base for exploring all main sights of Athens.

United KingdomNothing. The square was a bit noisy but this added to the charm and after the first night we didn't hear it. Ask for a room that overlooks the square as long as you don't mind the noise. Watching the world go by from your room is part of the attraction.
The staff, the location, the cleanliness. Excellent value for money. As an older couple we wanted somewhere safe to return to after a late night football match. The hotel was next to the Metro station which gave us peace of mind.

CanadaThe room had good soundproof from the busy centre square, but not from the bass sound of the music from the rooftop bar.
We were delighted with our stay. The excellent location permitted us to visit central sites then return to our room to rest or freshen up and get back to touring. There is a hop on hop off bus stop right by the hotel. The breakfast buffets had everything one could possibly want to start the day. We ended one of our days on the rooftop terrace bar enjoying the lovely view of the Acropolis. Our room was exceptionally comfortable and clean. There are elevators for those with heavy luggage or mobility concerns.

United States of AmericaNothing to complain about.
We stayed in two hotels in Athens and we were SO disappointed that we didn't book 360 Degrees again for our second stay. We tried to save a bit of money on our last night in Athens and it ended up being a huge mistake. 360 Degrees was perfect, quite room, comfortable, spacious, lots of amenities, and the breakfast buffet is one of the best I have ever had travelling. We got up early to eat the buffet before visiting the Acropolis, and when we returned at 10am they let us come back in for more snacks and drinks. The rooftop bar is the best view in the city, and they were so accommodating getting us a reservation at the perfect table since we were hotel guests as well. Everyone was so friendly, we even told the staff it was one of the best stays we had ever had traveling.

Staff we’re really friendly, facilities were modern and eclectic. The roof top bar was beautiful, drinks and dinner up there made for a special night for my daughters 30th and the view was exceptional! The restaurant staff really looked after us. Late check out was good and breakfast was better than most with lots of choices. The location is fantastic with the train to the airport next door, the Placka markets and tons of restaurants.

Breakfast fantastic- SO many sweet and savory options plus fresh squeezed orange juice. Location couldn’t be better- walking distance to everything and next to Metro and taxi stands. I was worried that the location might be too noisy but our room (facing the back of the hotel) was very quiet.

LatviaEven though the decor is very stylish, I found that there were slightly too many decor items on shelves. They took the most of the space and did not leave much where to put our things. Yet this is not a complain, just an observation.
Very central location, busy area. Everything is within reach. The roof top has views to Acropolis. Staff was very welcoming and kind. Room was clean and comfortable. They had prepared a nice baby cot for our kid. Everything was really good.

For breakfast there was a smorgasbord offering a wide selection of delicious hot and cold food. It was a relaxing and delicious way to start the day. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is near the Acropolis. It is also very close to the station and my daughter could store her suitcase there for the rest of the day after we had checked out.
