Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Agnanti hotel is a quite good place from which starts to visit Milos. It's only 20 minutes out of Adamas by walk, 5 minutes by car. Dimitri and Zaharoula are both very efficient and always present hosts, solving every request and problem. The room was wide, very clean, well equipped. Wifi connection is not at the best but can be improved. We had a wonderful terrace, a sun umbrella could be useful, but one must be careful with the wind sometimes blowing hard. The breakfast was satisfying with choice among sweets , salty, greek tastes. A topic event had Dimitri as main figure. At our arrival in Greece the ship Company cancelled our booked trip from Piraeus to Milos for a sudden strike of seamen. Dimitri immediatly changed our reservation, and we found him for the transfer at Adamas port at 1. a.m in the middle of the night. We always be grateful for this. This is not usual and really you can trust on a host like this.

Great location close to the port town and en route to other spots on the island. Staff were friendly and rooms were cleaned daily. Cute kitties everywhere!

United States of AmericaEverything was perfect!
Dimitris and Zaharoula and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They had everything ready for us upon arrival and even helped us with a transfer back to the airport after our stay. They had so many delicious breakfast options available every morning and even allowed us to stay late at night in their reception office downstairs to use their Wi-Fi and call our kids back home with the 9 hour time change. They even have a basket of snorkel gear that they allowed us to borrow and recommended lots of good attractions. We had a very pleasant stay here and had a wonderful few days in Milos. It is also a good location not too far away from the port and close to a local grocery store. Loved our stay and we will book again next visit!

CanadaLocation, cleanness, convenience and amazing service.
Everything was amazing. We arrived very early and the reception was not even open and the sweet lady let us in and found a place for our luggage so we could go about our day. She called us at noon to let us know our room was ready for check in but we were far and came in around 15:30. The room was very clean and comfortable. Location was amazing within walking distance from the little “downtown “ area, had a super marked basically across the street and a bus stop at the corner. The breakfast was amazing, we went around 8:30am and there were plenty of options. I will definitely recommend this place and will stay there again if back in Milos. 😊

New ZealandWe struggled with getting used to how loud the cicadas were, but that is no fault of the property!
Lovely view from the property and excellent breakfast. Such friendly staff and they let us keep our bags with them after check out before our ferry. There is a bus that stops right outside the property and a supermarket over the road. We would recommend hiring a quad bike or other vehicle to get around. Really close to Sarakiniko via vehicle.

GermanyWe felt very welcoming due to our nice host who gave us very nice tipps to discover the island. He even dropped us at the port at our departure day for free! Big thank you! Our room was very spacious with a balcony and clean. Even if we did not have a car, it was easy & cheap to travel as the bus stop was in front of the hotel. To the port, it was only a 3 min drive and to Sarakiniko and Plaka ca. 5-10 min. There is also a supermarket towards the hotel.

PolandThe room is fantastic, offering views of the mountains and the sea. We were able to relax and enjoy the comfort it provided. I would highly recommend taking a car or scooter for transportation; it significantly facilitates exploring the island. We hope to visit again in the future. The staff is very friendly and helpful, which added to the overall positive experience.

The property is not far from the port , it was on a main road but that was not a problem as the bus stop was right outside which is a cheap and great way to get about , only 10/15 min walk from the port , lots of nice shops and restaurants and the bus station , pretty much you can get to the whole island from there

SwitzerlandWonderful accommodation with very helpful and caring hosts, who were kind enough to drive us to the nearest beach on our first day. The hotel is composed of multiple small appartements with their own terrasse, which we really appreciated. The nearby bus stop allowed us to move easily around the island.

IrelandThere was a mix up with booking our transfer from the port but the host did come to collect us. Reception closes from 3-6pm so we couldn’t leave our bags after checkout and the transfer to the port didn’t work out for us. Shower was hard to not soak the floor.
Room was spotlessly clean. Amazing view from our balcony. On the public bus route and beside supermarket. Breakfast included was great as not located beside any restaurants. Breakfast selection was good with lots of fresh pastries, fruit and cereal.

United KingdomThere were a lot of ants in the toilets, I don’t think was the hotel fault and it really didn’t bother us, we put on the bathroom rug and we fix it :)

AustraliaRoom was cleaned well however small insects found their way in under the door and window (may just have been our specific room). Other than that stay was great!
Hotel landscape as a whole was beautiful and looked more like little boutique homes. Location is great if you have transportation and is less than 5 minute drive from the port and main town. no where is over a 25 minute drive away. Room was very spacious, including the bathroom, but view depends on where you are situated. Breakfast had a variety of continental food. Staff are very kind, work quickly to solve any problems you may have and offered to drop us off at the port free of charge.

United States of AmericaLocation could be a little but better, but it’s really not bad at all. With the e-bikes they offer for rent, you are 5 min away from the main town, 10 from nice beaches. E-bike/moped/car recommended (free parking is offered)
Stay was amazing, hosts were so friendly and went above and beyond expectations with helping me with any little issues I might have. You won’t find a better place to stay on this island value wise, you get 5x what you pay for in customer service. This statement applies to all staff at the hotel. The free shuttle was perfect for my afternoon ferry, was there right in time.
