Breakfast could be better but it is pre-season and up to price it is ok. Fridge and air-condition was a little old. Rooms are a little dark but there is a nice terrace of each room at outside

Akti hotel in Molivos (Lesbos) is a calm hotel in a green environment not more than 20m from the sea. It has its own swimming pool, bar and kitchen. Above all, this family-run hotel treats its guests very well, even on a personal basis. We had a very relaxing time far from the crowds. Wonderful.

We really enjoyed our time at Akti Hotel and Apartments. Demetri, Vangelis and Theodore are a lovely Greek family. The Hotel is very well run and a wonderful quiet setting just minutes away from Molivos. The family shared so much knowledge of the island and clearly all love and care about Nature. When we return this will definitely be our base for the North of beautiful Lesbos. Thank you for making our stay so relaxing. The breakfast is well presented and provides a wide choice of home made food, bread and conserves.

We had the best time at Akti. My wife and I stayed here the first two nights of our honeymoon. We were met with such a lovely welcome from the hosts. Made to feel right at home. Our room was great, we had a balcony that wrapped all the way around so had a sea view and pool view. We had plenty of space and very comfy bed. The pool is lovely, really peaceful spot to relax the day away and it's great to have the bar for drinks. We would definitely stay again for longer next time.

I booked a sea view room but I only got a little slice of sea view from a spot on the balcony, but in the end it was a peaceful location and I enjoyed my stay.

This place gives a warm welcome with a personal touch. It has a real family atmosphere. It's not so easy to walk into the historic center, but the regular shuttle service takes care of that. Breakfast is varied, and you can't go wrong with the yogurt and local honey.

Great hospitality by Dimitra and Theo. The location is amazing, only a few steps away from one of the best beach in Molyvos. The breakfast (especially home made cakes) was very satisfactorily. The room and balcony was large enough.

Our stay at Akti Hotel was absolutely magical and we can't wait to stay there again! Dmitra and Theo our Hosts were soo friendly and kind, they instantly felt like family and put us completely at ease (as well as the cute furry animals at Akti!). They are so amazing in offering lifts and shuttle services to Molyvos as well as giving tips about the best places to go on the island. Our room was stunning, with the most beautiful view of the mountains and the ocean. The pool / bar area was modern and classy and keeps the sun all day and evening (a perfect view of sunset!). Breakfast was delicious with so many options and the food altogether was so yummy, very homemade and delicious! :)

As the owners told us they are in a process of refurbishment so they will address the following issues in due time. In general the rooms are spacious, larger than what you expect for this price. The bathroom was clean though along with the toiletries supplied they need to be upgraded. Of course all these would also mean an expected price rise. But still, our stay was comfortable, quiet and restful.

The breakfast itself was great and the hosts serve local products and homemade goods that they produce themselves but the best part for us was the area where we took our breakfast: in the yard with fine gravel, under a beautiful mulberry tree with lush shade. No pergolas, no unecessary eqcuipement. Just perfect. The hostess Demetra and her son Thodoris are truly magnificent people and provided us with anything that we requested. They even mailed us a pair of shoes that we forgot there on their charge even though we asked them to charge us. The garden, swimming pool and bar are really nice. Very much recommended especially for families with kids.

Not super fancy (old and dead plants, bugs in the room, outdated bathroom, no super compfy chairs, sunbeds ...) but for this price and with the lovely smiles of the owners; it's definitely a good hotel!

Super friendly hosts, good location (approximately 20 minutes walking to the beautiful city center). Quiet neighborhood and a great view on the terrace!
