lovely quite set of apartments just yards from a small beach in a quiet part of corfu. Lovely views directly over the sea. Near to both shops and cafes. The apartment has been updated with a lovely bathroom and new furniture. As such it was extremely comfortable with a large balcony and air con all available. There was also sun beds made available down on the beach for the apartments residents. Airport transfers and the host was brilliant.

You have to like the location far away from action. There are great restaurants and cafes but more or less no good bus connection to Corfu town and other attractions. A car is needed!

Theo‘s apartments were extremely clean and in good shape. We liked the surroundings even though it is a really quite area.

The place is in a very quiet location, perfect for someone who wants to relax far from noisy tourists.The host was very friendly and easily adapted when we needed. Plenty of tavernas around. It was a wonderful stay! The view from the balcony is even more beautiful than in the pictures. The apartment is modern and cozy at the same time, the beds are very comfortable. Beach with loungers is a minute's walk away - great tavernas, supermarket and travel agency within minutes. Theo is a very attentive host, for whom it is important that his guests are well. If you don't appreciate the hustle and bustle and feel comfortable in the middle of nature, you should definitely go there! I really hope to come back!

Great stay. Aliki studios have everything you need to relax and slow down a bit. Extremely clean, well equipped and located in peaceful, quiet and beautiful area. Nice restaurants and cafes within a few minutes walk, mini market just down the road and finally lovely small beach with private sunbeds. Theo is great host, always helpful and taking care for everything you need.

The apartments were really nicely decorated, well equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds. The location was great, a beach right across the road, with beach chairs and some shade as well. There are restaurants up and down the street, as well as a very well stocked mini Mart 1 minute walk from the studio. We enjoyed our meals and reading on the balcony- the view was amazing.

There was nothing we didn't like. The driveway is quite tricky to drive but even here Theo helps and is very relaxed.

Theo is a great host. He took very good care of us and made sure that we lacked nothing. The arrival and departure were totally uncomplicated thanks to his flexibility. The kitchen is well equipped, so you can easily take care of yourself. One of the highlights was that we got some of his own olive oil. Another highlight is the bathroom, which is brand new and very nice. The rain shower provided even more relaxation. Last but not least of course this great view from the balcony. Everything is neat, clean and practical. We felt very comfortable here and had a great time.

Quite steep to the parking, but manageable

The apartment has got an incredible view, it's walking distance to many good tavernas and points of interest. Theo was very kind and helpful.

We had such a great stay! The host Theo was very caring and helpful and always there, when we needed something. The view of the apartment is exceptional, so close to the sea you can hear the ocean when you wake up and open the balcony door, we will never forget that experience. It’s even better than the pictures! Very comfortable bed and the small kitchen has everything you need. The bathroom is a bit small but we didn’t spend much time there anyway, so it’s not a big deal. We were also surprised that it was cleaned every day, what a great service! The beach is just 2 minutes away and we had some sunbeds from Theo which we could use whenever we liked. The water is so clear and perfect if you want to snorkel. We also met some locals from the little fish taverns around the area who were so friendly and helpful and even invited us to a beach bar. We had so much fun! Also, the food was great everywhere. Even though it’s a bit far away, it’s a more authentic experience and so worth it. We had a car and explored the whole island but this is the most beautiful area by far, I will definitely come back and stay in this location, you don’t even need a car necessarily (only to shop groceries, because the mini market doesn’t really have a great selection of food and is really expensive, so I would recommend to buy your food somewhere else).

The shower is very small for a tall person

Beautiful appartment which has been given a really nice and personal facelift. The beach is super close, I loved the quietness and the private sunbeds. Theo was very welcoming and I had a ton of fresh figues as a welcome gift :-)

The only thing missing is a washing machine, microwave oven, and TV.

The views and landscape around are beautiful! The location is off the beaten track and away from touristic congestion, yet everything needed - beach, cafe, restaurants, variety store - is within walking distance. This was important for us as we stayed for 10 nights. We were able to drive all over the island from this location and it was nice to come back after each excursion to the beauty, peace & quiet of the location. The host, Theo, is very kind! There was light house keeping done each day, which was appreciated.

Amazing stay for 3 nights. Place has everything what you need, nice and clean room, great view and as a bonus amazing owner. Seriously - Theo is the best! It is very close to the beach and perfect for exploring the Island.
