Peaceful location within walking distance to several beaches and tavernas or few minutes by car or scooter. Andriani and Michalis were very helpful and generous. Very clean, comfortable apartment. We would definitely recommend.

Everything was perfect

Very nice, peaceful area everything is perfect . The owners are very friendly also is very clean and quit area . We stayed 20 days for second time and really enjoyed everything.

Great position, between several family friendly beaches. One of the best areas from the island. Great tavernas can be found in the area an also good grocery shop.

Nice quiet place to stay. Owners was very nice and friendly. the apartment was nice, clean with a large terrace and a view of the sea. we spent here very nice holiday. we highly recommended.

If you have a car it is amazing. Walking to Gerakas beach was 22min.

This place is much more nicer then on photos. You enter and you are amazed by space, light, cleanliness and silence. The quality is much above Greek standards where we stayed. New doors and windows doors with high quality mosquito net. Thanks to that we slept the best from our stay. Everything works great, wifi, fridge is very silent. Adriani does great job keeping the place perfect.

Vassilikos is a beautiful location and this studio is a perfect accommodation with a superb view on olive trees & the Ionian Sea. Very friendly family. Adriani, the mum keeps the room clean and tidy; Michali junior communicates in English & deals with the paperwork; Michali senior, the dad always with warm greetings & a smile. A place not to miss especially if you’re on a budget. Highly recommended. About 1.5 km from Gerakas, the beautiful, sandy beach in respect of the sea turtle nesting. Several necessity shops in the Vassilikos area.

Householder can not speak in English, the communication was impossible unfortunatelly, but it is a very small difficulty.

The householder is kind and generous. The house is extremely clean that was a very good feeling and important for us. It really made our holiday comfortable. We did not experience this cleanness at any other apartmans. I recommend this apartman for everybody.

Our host was very lovely, the AC worked perfectly if needed, there was netting on the slats if you wanted a breeze without worrying about mosquitoes. The place was spotless and always cleaned. The terrace was lovely to use and the area was super quiet. It’s a small walk to a bakery and some restaurants while still feeling tucked away.

The apartment was very cosy and comfortable. The view was amazing (we were on the second floor). It was very clean. The location was great - beautiful beaches and tasty restaurants in a walking distance or just a few minutes by car. The lady was very friendly.

The accommodation is located in Vasilikos, in a rural area where you are not disturbed by any motorised vehicles. The beach Porto Roma can be reached by foot but for every other place you need a vehicle. I always rent a vehicle so for me the location was great. Please do not complain about the location if you don't have a vehicle. The hosts are very friendly and the rooms are perfectly clean. This is my 8th time on Zakynthos and I never had a cleaner room. The floor was cleaned every day. The terrace is huge on the ground floor and if you have the corresponding room you'll have a sea view. I had no problems with the devices like air condition or the boiler, and if there was any problem, the host would solve it immediately.

we loved everything! perfect position in the quiet and beatifull Vasilikos, It's private and everything is close, and so comfortable with a car. the best beaches of Gerakas, Dafni, Porto Roma(minutes walking), great tavernas - all within 2-6 minutes drive. crystal water. perfect relaxation, quiet and sunny. The place is a family apartments studio. we stayed at the lower floor and had a large balcony + ocean view + garden view. Andriani was so sweet, helpful, and generous. she welcomed us with a bottle of cold water, brought us fresh eggs in the morning from her chickens and her own making olive oil. she cleaned the room every day, replaced towels. for us it was the perfect couple-get-away vacation.

The local supermarket was shut which meant the nearest shop was a good half hour walk away.

The apartment was modern and clean, with a great overbath shower. A lovely balcony with a rural view to have your breakfast on ! Beautifully located in a peaceful spot ideal for those who like an away from it all holiday. Easy walking distance to the beautiful Gerakas Beach and Porto Roma beach with it’s lovely beach bar at one end and hotel at the other for fab food during the day. At night there are at least 6 restaurants/tavernas within a 15 minute walk, and there is a nice little bar at the end of the road. The hosts were very friendly and responsive to requests. I would definitely return.

Missis Adriani is very nice. The rooms were very clean and there is a nice patio where you can see the sea; nearby sandy beaches: Gerakas, St. Nicholas etc
