Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

GermanyFacilities are just ok, but not more. Hot water runs on solar panels, so if you want a shower after dark, most likely will be a cold one. Also the fridge and air conditioning are not latest models (both a bit noisy) but they worked and served their purpose. The kitchen we didn't try to use it, but it looked older than Grandma.
The location is very good. We travelled through Naxos, and Ay. Anna is the place to stay, no doubt. Breakfast was excellent, served on the beach, in a very fancy restaurant/bar. Pool size is quite nice for the little number of apartments, so you can always be there comfortably. The hotel is just 2min walk of the beach and main road. Just enough to make it a very quiet place to rest properly. The girl in the reception was really nice and helpful before arrival and during our stay.

Super friendly host, pool was great (there was a smaller, shallow pool for kids). Hotel is in a quiet side street but right next to Agia Anna. Also the breakfast at Santana beach club was very good. We came with our 2 kids and loved it.

United KingdomBreakfast was down the road in a bar. Unhappy staff there, low quality food not often refilled and terrible coffee. Defo not the fault of Antonia, but we ended up using Salt & Sugar at the end of the road and paying for a superb breakfast instead
Location. Real close to the beach and market. Very quiet and lovely pool

United States of AmericaThe office hours are 8-4pm, which was not known so make sure you ask all your questions and get what you need before 4:00. We did see people arrive after office hours and a phone number is listed to call and the woman did meet the guests at the hotel. There is only one woman who works the front desk and the cleaning staff and that is all for the staff that is onsite. It is not very busy so more people are not needed. Breakfast was provided but it was not very good. It was at another location which also had the most expensive umbrellas/chairs to rent to don't go there unless you really like their location on the beach; prices are double only because it seems that this place is for all the beautiful people! Was a bit pretentious which felt strange in this very laid backed and relaxing place. Would highly recommend renting a car and traveling around the island. We went to some great villages, have some FANTASTIC FOOD! Great shops, great ruins, great walking paths and trails. The driving was safe and very fun. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful and gave us a map. We also recommend walking into the town area to visit a family owned little restaurant called Oregano. The car rental was across the street. There are at least 3 car rental places in Agia Anna. Beware that a one day rental is for 12 hours only, not 24 hours.
Loved the location; it was about 2 blocks walking distance from beach; it was off the main road which was very nice and made for a very quiet setting. The terrace opened onto a lovely pasture in the back with bamboo forest, hayfield, sounds of goats/sheep/rooters. I LOVED IT! The hotel is quite old and rustic. It is not one of the newer hotels, which can feel somewhat sterile. It is a beautiful place; pool was good size (lounge chairs are very heavy and old, but they work!!). Felt very much more European and less American. The staff were lovely. They worked very hard to keep the rooms and grounds clean and lovely. I loved how it did not feel touristy and you could walk everywhere. The room was very clean; the mattresses were somewhat thin but I did not find them uncomfortable. The rooms were cleaned everyday even though we did not think they would be. I loved the rooftop where I would sit and watch the sunset with a glass of wine. Fantastic. Also, very close to the beach and restaurants and whatever you would need. I loved that it was not on the main road.

United KingdomCould have done with a bit more storage space for clothes etc. for four people. Breakfast was a bit uninspiring but it was served in a lovely beach bar till 10.30 which was great. Not much fruit - but we took our own and had it with the yoghurt! Take your own tea bags if you like a decent cup of tea :)
Great value hotel, a minute's walk from the beach. Great location. Pool was clean and a good size for swimming. Room was a little small for four people - cooking facilities very basic. But large fridge, table and chairs, decent sized shower room. Lots of clean towels and room cleaned every day.

IrelandThe only two things I would mention is hot water access. If you need to take a shower you need to wait a good few minutes until hot water starts flowing. And the other thing, mattress in my room felt like could be swapped for a new one. It felt like like it have seen a lot in it's lifetime.
We really enjoyed calm and relaxing atmosphere in Antonina Hotel. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were cleaned up daily. Also it's not like a 'normal' hotel, it's more like an apartment block. It has a secret roof terrace where you can spend evenings watching the island of Paros and the sea. Nice cosy swimming pool and location was just excellent. Beach, bus stop, shop, bars all less than 5min walk away. Ideal place for any type of tourist.

GreeceIt does not have a sign, neither in the front entrance of the property nor in the back where the parking is located. It took us 15 minutes, after asking in other hotels, going back and forth in the reception to figure out where its parking space is because there was no sign. Every other hotel in the area had signs, as is usually the case everywhere in the world. What made a really bad impression, though, is the fact that after we managed to find the parking area and went to the reception to check in, I realised that prior to our arrival they had already charged my credit card with the rest of the amount besides the 50% that I was aware that is charged a few days before we arrive. Something that also doesn't happen anywhere else. When I asked the very young person in the reception why they did that and that I had intended to pay the rest of the amount in another card, she just shrugged and said nothing. Finally, take shampoos and shower gels with you as in our 7 night stay there were only two sample shower gel bottles that were never replaced after the first day and half.
Great location, at Agia Anna's small port, 3 minutes to the beach. The hotel was ok, our room seemed a lot bigger in the photos than it actually was. The breakfast was also ok.
