Very friendly host, good size apartment with lovely views. Cleaned and provided fresh towels and bed linen throughout my week. Would definitely stay again.

I have no negative comments. Parking, accommodation, cleanliness, equipment, host, everything was great.

A really great pet friendly accommodation. The studio is spacious. We were accommodated in studio no. 8 with a wonderful view of the bay near Pesada and Zakynthos. There is enough parking for all guests. The house is on a hill surrounded by olive groves and is very nice for a real vacation. There is a market and a tavern a 3-minute walk from the accommodation. The accommodation is extremely clean and well equipped with everything you need for your stay. Bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days. There is also a place for a barbecue in the yard, which is available to guests. The host Spiros is a wonderful and kind man ready to provide information and help. I recommend this accommodation and would be happy to return to it on my next visit to Kefalonia.

No lift to 3rd floor but outside stairs not difficult.

Large spotless clean room. Kitchen more than adequate for 2. Lovely bbq facilities. Large balcony with beautiful view. Quiet area. Good parking.

I wish the wifi was more stable. It was a little slow and I had to take my calls as voice only instead of video and presentation.

The location is very good, it's quiet and peaceful and away from noise. There is a supermarket 10 min by walk and the beach is also very close. My hosts, Liana and Spyros were very kind and helpful. I had an unfortunate allergic reaction and they provided me medication. They also helped with my transport arrangements.

The only downside I can think of is that the mattresses were a bit uncomfortable. Having said that, the room is still one of the best we've stayed in :-)

Our stay in Apsedes Studios was fantastic. The room was spacious, clean, with a stunning view. Very very well-equipped - the owner has thought about every little detail that really makes a difference and your life easier! We loved everything about it and would love to come back!

Apsedes Studios is amazing! It has a great view over the sea, it is very close to the main road, there is a supermarket on a 5 min walk, Trpezaki beach is also on a walking distance, and there are several taverns, bars and bakeries nearby. The host vas very welcoming and nice - he was usually around the house, always with a smile on his face. Also - this is one of the cleanest places I've been to! They changed our sheets and towels and cleaned the apartment every 3 days. The kitchen was equipped with everything - even a toaster and an espresso pot (beside the usual stuff). I also loved the garden in the back yard, with a small plateau with tables and chairs for a group of people, and a brick oven. Both the front and the backyard are beautifully arranged and decorated with flowers in colorful pots. I enjoyed my stay! Thank you Spiros!

If you want to be in a peaceful and quiet place with a beautiful view of the sea, especially when it is illuminated by the moon in the evening, then this is the ideal apartment. The apartment is clean and has everything listed. It is located in a good location from where you can quickly reach many beaches and Argostoli. Of course by car, because without a car it would be difficult to see the beauties of Kefalonia. Halfway to Argostoli, there is a Lidl market, which was important to us, and about a 10-minute walk from the apartment, there is a store and bakery, as well as several restaurants. Spiros welcomed us and was there whenever we needed him. We are grateful for the gifts we received.

this property is well maintained and equipped with all you need ie kettle fridge cooker toaster hair drier tv and very good air conditioning. the location is nice and quiet with a taverna and supermarket close by. the room views are superb a panoramic look across to Zante and the island. we would definitely book this again and spiros the owner keeps the property in tip top condition. lovely stay lovely host.

The position is wonderful, with the view on the sea. Mr. Spiros is very kind and has all the attentions, the small but important things such as the dish soap and a new sponge, the salt/pepper/oil, the bottle of water in the fridge. So nice! So when i arrived i didn't have to rush to the supermarket but i went straight to the beach. I am a trekking person so i don't mind walk around to visit new places, but i strongly advice to book/arrange a transport mean in advance (electric bike, scooter or car) to move around easily, mainly because public transport has useless timetables.

It would be great if they knocked before entering to clean in the morning.

The apartment is very clean and cute with a great view. It is equipped with everything you need for cooking, even a big bottle of olive oil and salt and pepper. In addition you can have a barbecue in the patio. When we had a barbecue, Spiros gave us coal, fresh tomatoes and started the fire for us. Very helpful! There is a supermarket around the corner, very practical.

Everything has been great! Staying at Apsedes Studios felt like a dream come true. Not only the amazing panoramic sea view from the balcony made this holiday an outstanding experience, but also the kindness of this amazing wise man, Spyros, who knew how to be a perfect host and who took things to a very high level of professionalism, turned these days into unforgettable memories. The rooms are big, clean, beautiful and bright, with large bathrooms and the yard is nice and well-kept, decorated with flowers and olive trees. This place felt like a dream house. Lack of mosquito net. That's why we had to use the air conditioner without want it. Anyway we would visited it again.

I booked this apartment to walk Mount Ainos (you need a full day to do it from the apartment and back, starting at 5:30-6am), and to use sea-kayaking that is located just few minutes down. The hike starts at the farm, you will need to step other the fence (3 houses at the map, 3rd photo). The walk is mark with red dots. I did it in walking boots as scrambling is required. Up to Aria Mountain Peak – 865m (the best view, few hours walk) not much coverage. From Aria a large part passes through the forest of the endemic Abies cephalonica (Cephalonian Fir), whereas there are also some areas with no coverage. This part (from Mount Ainos) is really good marked with red dots and some ribbons attached to the trees. It's nice, clean apartment with plenty of cutlery and pans, a stunning sea view from the balcony, and nice garden. There is also a shop just few minutes down, and it's 20-30 min down to the beach.
