The matras of the bed was horrible. You really felt the springs of the matras pushing in your back.

Dirty room - not even a swept floor, hairs on schower... Door to toilet was bloked (old and damage) Noisily street at early morning Pool look bad - water seems not clean

Lovely hotel. Lovey sunset from the balcony. 10 m from the beach. The hotel was (2021) in a need of renovation but had a very nostalgic feel of old times. It used to be fancy and is still in ok shape, but it is a bit broken in a picturesque way. The price is low, and you get more than you pay for. We stayed there for a couple of days going between the beach and the pool. Staff is very kind

I am totally happy with the choice of this Hotel. The staff is very friendly and the location is perfect. Just across the street you find a beautiful beach. The room is clean, lovely and you see the ocean. Everything is wonderful.

The pictures are absolutely different from the reality of the rooms. The bed was the worst one I have ever seen in terms of comfort, and the night was made even worse by the extremely loud A/C (which was also not working properly) and the fridge. The bathroom would be filled with water every time one would shower and it was small and unbelievably dirty and not well taken care of. The worst thing overall are still the differences between what’s promised in the pictures posted on booking and the reality. I find it hard to believe that this is a 3-star hotel.

The location is the only good thing about this hotel. The staff was also polite

Very disappointed we had to pay 90€ for this place and breakfast wasn’t even included. When we got inside the room one of the towels was dirty and the shower had a lot of limescale.

Very nice beachfront property which is a lovely 6 minute walk from the center of town. A very clean family run property with a great beach right out the front door. Very good omelettes for breakfast! A very reasonable and comfortable value for money! From most rooms, a great view of the sunset.

Location is great, on the beach, with a great view. Rooms are very comfortable. Great Breakfast! Mariana is very nice, she has upgraded our room to have a sea view. Towels are changing every day, and room has been clean. Recommend for stay in Parikia.

Old shower and utilities, uncomfortable bed. It is needs to be refurbished

Awesome staff. Excellent location with respect to Parikia, which is trendy but a little quite compared to the very busy Naousa. The beach in front of the hotel is a little rocky, but around 5 to 10 minutes to the right of the hotel there are nice sandy beaches. You might also visit punda beach, but arrange for transportation as there are few taxis on the island.
