Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Excellent accommodation. Super close to one of the best beaches in Chaniotis, also up to 10 minutes walk to the city center. The room is very clean, beautiful, has everything you need for a pleasant vacation. The garden is wonderful! The hosts are so kind and friendly. If I ever go to Chaniotis again, I will choose this hotel.

Super nice location, worth every cent, its clean, and the rooms. and WIFI its perfect which is strange for this locations in Greece, everyone who need good WIFI - I recommend this place

I stayed in the the Double Room with Balcony. Great size, nice balcony , and amazing and helpful staff at the hotel. Great location - very close to the beach , beach-club, and few minutes from the village center .

The hotel location is excellent, on a walking distance to the beaches, the village center and the tavernas. At the same time the place is really quite and peaceful, with great garden. The room was clean and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was cleaned every day and the towels were exchanged on the third day. Great hosts. Absolutely recommended! We will come back if we plan a trip to Chiniot's again.

The beach is not big… but the sea is clear and warm.. hygiene on the streat and beach is not good.. the garbage, take avey only 1 x day… this is not enough for too many people in the city… not enough parking for cars…

The room was very clean and the hosts were very hospitable and friendly. They were very accommodating with our luggage and every need we had. The yard in front of the hotel was very nice and very well maintained. The overall service was excellent.

Very close to the city center which is great, full of life, with restaurants, shops, fun parks. They replaced the used towels and sheets with clean ones every day, made our beds, took the trash, refilled the soaps and shampoos, opened the windows and even washed the dishes!! Loved the way we were treated. The lobby smelled really nice, they use some room perfume which gives the hotel an amazing ambiance. We highly appreciated this!! The garden was very friendly and well taken care of. The staff was helpful and everytime we had a question they gave us really nice recommendations. We loved our staying there and we recommend everyone to chose this accomodation.

Facilitie needs some renovations,specially rooms and maybe the biggest shortage is lack of breakfast.
Owner and his staff were very kind and on service.He is giving his best to help about everything,specially with advices where to go,where to eat what beach to visit. I have to say that beacause of rainy weather he offers us gratis night although it wasn’t his faults ! This way I need to thank him one more time for all!Garden is one of the beautiful I’ve seen in Chalkidiki ! Position of the hotel is also excellent,near 2 the best private beaches,near supermarket,near the best restaurants in Hanioti..and very close to pedestrian zone.

All was great.
We stayed in Asteras hotel in August 2022. Hotel fulfilled our expectations. It is ideal for a nice family holiday. Rooms were cleaned each day, garden is beautiful and well maintained, hosts were really welcoming. Location is ideal, close to center with shops and restaurants but away from the noise. The beach which was nearest to hotel we found also to be best for us. I would recommend it to my friends.

the area sometimes had a bad smell (swamp smell from sowewhere?). the beach in the village is not so nice.

Asteras hotel is exceptional place, we really enjoy in our stay. Apartman was spacious and clean. Hotel is very close to the beach and restaurants. Owner is very helpful and you'll will enjoy every minute in your stay at this hotel. And for me and my family this is the best place to stay in this part of Chalkidiki. We will back again very soon...

The hotel location is great - on a walking distance both to the beaches and the vilage center and the tavernas. The hotel garden is great and if you are with friends you can enjoy the evenings there at the arranged launges. The mesonet was very spacious, super clean and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was cleaned every day and the towels were exchanged on the thrid day. The best of all was the service and the hospitality provided by the staff and the owner - Gioannis. Absolutely reccommended hotel! We will come back if we plan a trip to Chaniotis again.
