First of all, the location and view were spectacular. That in itself would have been enough but everything else about the hotel was superb. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. The food was excellent. My wife and I loved it.

The only thing we didn’t care for was the bed. It was very uncomfortable. Hard in some places and lumpy in others. Also the bedroom picked up so much moisture that the bed linens were wet when we were trying to sleep. The bathroom toilet seat was loose and sliding around so a bit of a safety issue.

Highly recommend Astra Suites --- before arrival I was able to arrange transportation from our ferry through the concierge -- Astra was responsive and helpful. Location is both beautiful and convenient (walked to Fira and did the hike to Oia) - food at Five Senses was amazing - pool bar was fantastic - all of the staff were very pleasant and helpful

We were here 25 years ago and the property is still one of the best on the island, gorgeous view, comfortable beds, great location, as long as you don’t mind A LOT of steps! Worth the view if you’re up to it.

This hotel is exceptional. The location is beautiful with an amazing view. The rooms are lovely, the pool area is gorgeous and breakfast was delicious. All of the staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond for us. We spent two nights at Astra suites and it was so relaxing that it felt like a week’s holiday! It is well worth the cost and I would recommend this hotel to anyone

The view from the hotel was amazing, we enjoyed sunsets from the pool area, we didn’t even bother going to Oia for the crowded sunset viewing, why would you? Imerovogli is white and beautiful like Oia, but less crowded and smaller. We definitely recommend this hotel for those who want to enjoy the caldera view, avoid crowds, who prefer tranquility, who do not want to overpay for more famous hotels in Santorini. The hotel staff are professional and friendly, and take a good care of customers. You pick your breakfast needs and time in advance and they serve your breakfast at your balcony table. Pool and pool area were also good.

Property and rooms were spotless beautiful . Breakfast was delivered to the room and consistently delicious. Staff was always there to answer questions or help you book a tour . Pool was the highlight of our hotel time , bartender was very informative and as friendly as you would find . Thank you ASTRA SUITES !!!

All the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, welcomed (and to help with reservations/cancellations and transport) except for Nikos at the pool. There were numerous times he was beyond rude with us and we felt because we did not regularly buy drinks and food at the pool that we were not given the same attention and regard that other pool guests were given. We were beyond polite and friendly with him but our experience with him at the pool made us not want to hand out at the pool on our final day.

Our view was breathtaking looking out on the Caldera and water (and Skarros rock). Location was perfect for us. Much quieter than other parts of the island & perfect for us.
