The only downside was a group of other hotel guests who were noisy hanging out in the corridors … sound travels and woke us up. Understand the hotel isn’t responsible for this

It was very easy to organise and find the airport shuttle bus, which arrived and left on time. The staff were lovely and the hotel room, facilities and the location were excellent

Right across Galata bridge. You are 5 minutes walk from all the sites. Draw the curtains open and you see Hagya Sophia. The rooms are bramd new, thoughtfully fitted out The breakfast has a huge variety. Can't believe it's only 7 euro.

The breakfast is amazing. An incredible selection of tasty local food and recipes is offered, and they start it at 6am to give you plenty of time to enjoy it before having to walk to the ferry terminal, which is an easy 10-minute walk from the hotel....so location couldn't be better either!!

Lack of breakfast left at 9.20am, when it finishes at 10am. I think that was down to greedy guests, rather than hotel's fault. We saw a particular group, (guessing they all came together, same nationally & talking together, but on different tables), they ate & ate & ate. But what was left, was very good. Best breakfast pastries I've every had. Not entirely sure there's much in the area to do. Just a convenient stop over hotel for us.

Car parking onsite. Breakfast was very tasty. Powerful rainfall type shower. Balcony overlooking the port.

Our stay was lovely. I can't think of anything we didn't like.

We were picked up from the airport on arrival and returned to the airport on departure day. So kind! Also our laundry was done for us onsite at no charge -- this is above and beyond our expectations. We loved our little apartment, and we slept soundly because the property is quiet. There was construction nearby, but they started late in the morning by our standards and stopped in the early afternoon, so it never bothered us.

The management of the Airport shuttle service.

The hotel is fine. But the Airport shuttle service is poorly manage. A long story, in which I dont want to enter in.

At first my son's room was allocated a room on a different floor. Only after there was a problem in his room was he moved to our floor. Would have liked to have an electric kettle in the room (for making tea / coffee). No English speaking TV channels (CNN / BBC).

Wonderful hotel, the best in this town. Very clean, comfortable beds, attentive staff. Near the port there is a large selection of cafes with fresh seafood. A huge plus is the free transfer.

Unfortunately when I checked out the front desk person was short and to the point. I felt like I had bothered her to answer a question.

The wifi was very poor for the price of the rooms- it kept going in and out. The shuttle from the airport and back was delayed both times, so something to keep in mind when planning your timing.

It was close to the airport and the room had a view over the ocean. It was clean with a nice bathroom and toiletries. They allowed late check out and the free shuttle to airport was very convenient.
