Great location, many restaurants and shops nearby. Garden with access to the beach. There are all bathing accessories. They helped us go to the store for steaks. We rented a boat at a very good price. We liked everything. We'll come back if possible.

You could hear loud neighbours and music in other house closeby. Also sometimes you could hear music from clubs in town. I understand that this is not what owners can control.

The position of the appartmens is excellent, right on the beach, close to the markets and restaurants.The owners friendly and helpfull for any situation. Beds and umbrella for the beach for free.Next is a beach bar where from coffe and drinks can be bought at decent prices. There is a beautifull garden and posibility to play volleyball or ping-pong. The rooms are clean and every two days the sheets and the towels are chamged.

The bathroom is rather small and the wifi signal is not strong enough.

We loved the view from the balcony, the large yard, the fact that it is on the beach (although the water has a lot of seagrass in this area). The owners are very kind and helpful. We rented a boat from them and had a very good time. There are a few supermarkets quite close. This location is very quiet and peaceful, in contrast with the vivid nightlife in Kavos.

Everything it was fantastic!

Everything was wonderful!! First of all, the owners are special people, very attentive, caring, communicative, willing to help with everything, so that we feel wonderful: from a glass of cold water upon arrival, to advice about beautiful places to visit, taverns where you can listen and dance to musicgreek...we felt like in a family!! We thank them from the bottom of our hearts for this dream stay!.The location is grade 20!!! It was by the sea, had a lot of greenery, was very clean, very close to the center - 3 minutes from the center. We had a lot of opportunities to spend free time: table tennis, tennis net, beach volleyballs, waves, cruise boats....Even though it was very close to the center, it was a very quiet location! I think I have no words to describe how good we felt at Biscoutsis!!A dream vacation, with some special people - Katrina and Ianis and in a wonderful location!! Relaxation - music, dancing, parties - wonderful places - special people! Thanks a lot, Katrina and Ianis!!

there is nothing to dislike in the apartment itself and the space. In general, however, Kavos as a town is unfortunately overcrowded with young Brits. It's a waste of such a beautiful place. The British are always drunk, stoned and loud. They litter, they don't clean, they destroy. The beach looks terrible in the morning. I think that the apartments I rate are the best place in the town. I'll be back but only when the locals can handle the British. Just close a few British pubs. Leave traditional Greek tavernas and block hotel bookings for Brits aged 18-30 as Mali did in Crete.

Perfectly clean room, a lot of space in the apartment as in the whole area, direct access to the beach, very nice owners, apartments in the first line by the beach, umbrellas available, peace and quiet, no constantly drunk, drugged and loud Brits in the area.

Unfortunately it is located close by kavos synonymous with young booze-fueled revellers. However it is far enough from there so that there’s no noise, and it is very peaceful

Owner was kind. When I complained about poor Wi-Fi reception he got me a router straight away and the problem was fixed! Room was cleaned everyday. Location is beautiful as it is basically on the beach

The studios are exceptionally clean and functional. There is a big and beautiful garden with cozy atmosphere. The beach is only 10 meters away and you get free sun beds. The hosts are very nice and welcoming, making you feel at home.

what a lovely place to spend a holiday! location is great, sandy beach is right next to the garden. shops, restaurants etc - everything is really, really close. the place is well-kept: rooms are comfortable, well equipped, they're cleaned everyday and the garden is a great alternative if you don't want to go to the beach. common space is cozy. And last but not least: hosts, who are always there to help and talk.

Mosquitos! :D But it wasn't that bad and you get an electric tabs mosquito repellent to help with this nuisance. But it's not Biscoutsis Apartments problem anyway.

Great location by the beach, and free to use sunbeds, shade and chill out area by the beach. Extremely friendly hosts willing to do anything to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. Really comfortable beds (I know, personal liking but just as I like them!). Possibility to rent a speedboat from the owners (license not needed).

Amazing place! The location is the best - right on the beach and very quiet, but at the same time just 50 metres from the main street with all the restaurants and shops (grocery, drugstore, souvenirs, etc). The place has a very nice garden, everyday cleaning, a terrace with a sea view. But what we liked the most is the hospitality of the owners - truly wonderful people! There is also a possibility to rent a boat - it was our first experience, but with Giannis guidance everything went very well 🙂 Thank you for this great vacation

Excelent positioned straight on the beach, Biscoutsis property features modern and functional equipped and furnished rooms that are daily cleaned & fixed for the customers full comfort. Sun beds and umbrellas are available for free for the residents. Motorboats perfectly maintained and cleaned can be rented on the premises from the same owners; advanced booking recommended. The owners, Katerina and Giannis are perfectly delivering 24/7 whatever a tourist can dream as hospitality, discretion, support, joyful sense of kindness and, last but not least, humor.

Biscoutsis Apartments perfect place with good location. Ideally for the family. Quite location, only 2 minutes by walk from the beach. Clean and tidy room. Owners Giannis and his wife are very kindly, helpful and hospitable, help with everything in case of troubles. Very nice people. Supermarkets, pharmacy and other services that needs only few minutes from apartments. Sandy beach and sea is clean and with good access to children, not so deep. I recommend this place.

Excellent apartments on the beach in Kavos. Clean rooms with nice enterier. Also have beautiful garden with shower, table tenis, volleyball, free sunbeds. The hosts are friendly, kind and excellent persons. We rented boats from them as well and had a great experience for remembering all life. Highly recommended!

The summer started and there was a huge amount of adolescents from England in Kavos, but this destination is famous by this. We have other preference then the nightlife. Neverethless it was fun.

The Biscoutsis studios and apartmans is nice place for summer holiday. The personel is very kind. The accomondation is situated directly on the beach. There is nice garden with grill, sunbeds and umbrellas, volleyball net, ping-pong table, beautiful sitting near to the sea and more. This accomindation is around 100m from green bus stop in the center of Kavos. However this place is quiet, because it is far enough from noisy streets of Kavos. This accomondation was start point for everyday exploring the beautiful island Corfu. Everything what you need you will find in Kavos. You can shopping there, rent a bike or motobike, quad or car and everything without credit card or some deposit. Just take care, because roads are narrow and traffic little bit crazy to me. We travelled to the north of island at the beutiful beaches, we saw beautiful nature of Corfu. Trip by car from Kavos to the north is approx. 1,5 -2 hours long, but it totally worth. If you do not want to travel so far, you can rent a quad or a scooter and you can go visit nearest beaches west of Kavos. I realy recommending Arkoudilas beach, Gardenos beach, Mirithias beach and more. We realy enjoyed it as well. 10/10 Thank you.
