In all honesty, we felt the villa had become a little tired and could do with a little redecoration in places. Ripped parasols, some mould in bathrooms, missing tiles in the pool etc. The daily cleaning also we didn't feel matched the price paid, the lady tried her best but she was overworked. We often didn't have enough towels, especially for the annex, and the floors etc by the end of our stay were very dusty. We also felt rushed out of the villa on our last day at 10:15am when check out was told to us to be 11am. The lady was obviously stressed they had a lot of turnovers that day but that is not our issue and we should have been able to check out without cleaning already being started. In addition be careful when booking Villa Passithea of the location, the one sent by booking.com is for the 3 shared pool villas in the middle of Pefkos, Villa Passithea is actually a 10-15 walk outside of pefkos centre near to Palm Bay hotel. There is also an EXTREMELY steep driveway to reach the villa which may not be accesible for all.

The villa is beautiful, the views stunning and the pool is lovely. The villa is very spacious, plenty of room for everyone to eat dinner together and the rooms are large. The aircon in the villa is also fantastic.

Great place for holidays with children - very spacious rooms, fantastic swimming pool. Lots of great restaurants and fine sand beaches in the area. The hosts are very helpful, great contact with them. I would highly recommend

Only criticism is that I would have preferred the windows in the main bedroom to have had shutters as the room was very light in the mornings and I prefer it dark but that’s just a personal preference.

Great location, just off the Main Street but quiet. Lovely warm pool and never got too busy.

Tricky, but position of the Villa just above the road which is quite noisy at times being the bus and coach route. If you want somewhere that is really quiet then this is probably not for you. Also, if 6 people at the Villa it could really use 3 Umbrellas.

Villa was lovely, extremely well equipped, spacious and well furnished. Loads of towels both beach and personal use. Outside space was great , pool fantastic. Special mention to lovely Maria the cleaner And also Maria the administrator who was just so helpful.

some aspects were slightly dated or tired, such as paint bubbling on wall up the stairs. obviously didn't spoil our stay just needed sorting.

A lovely villa, very spacious with everything you could need. Met upon arrival with keys. Lovely host and the cleaner came in daily to make the beds etc which was an unexpected treat . Lovely pool , well maintained and very comfortable . Thanks so much .

The only thing that could have been better was the pool. good size and very clean, but not heated, towards the end of our stay, the water was very cold, but we still enjoyed its use.

In the centre of town. Near all facilities. well kept and clean. only six villas so nice and peaceful.
