First of all Artemis, that from the first second I parked the car let me fill at home, relax and taking care of. Thank you for that! It’s a lovely property, next to the beach and Plakias main round, but quiet and peaceful. Apartment got everything we needed, specious and very clean.

Clean modern and spacious yet close to town and is eateries and drinkeries. Town can be a little windy so loved having a pool to sit around when too windy for beach. Staff great. Loved Damnoni beach in the day. Especially loved main town bakery at Plakais 740 60 for breakfast and various treats.

When the wind picks up, there is a loud whisteling sound at night.

Neighbouring properties can be noisy. Nothing can be done about this, and Plakias generally can be a little noisy these days.

Particularly liked the pool, and its great varity of seating. Athena is great, excellent social sensitivity. Great position. Really spacious rooms; well equipped and spotless. Relaxed atmosphere

Calma Apartments are located right in the centre of Plakias but the building is somewhat secluded, which makes it a quiet place to stay. The highlight is clearly the swimming pool and the pool bar. Also parking is really easy.

Personally nil about Calma. Calma just suits my needs for a relaxing holiday.

Have visited before. Position in town close but quiet convenient for taverna beach shops etc. Room is clean and simple no frills studio ideal for a stay with independent transport, visiting local history, birding nature etc. Hostess Artemis very helpful, free bottle beer on arrival, and during stay free meal stuffed peppers, cake. I do not suggest everyone will get same. Private pool and small bar a bonus this year as weather in July hot. Pool clean.

One of shower did not worked properly, but it was unescessary

Great place with it's charm. The host was lovely - she welcomed us with freshly baked, still warm cake. The rooms a simple but cute. Great price/quality ratio. Nice bar at the pool

Simply great, plakias is windy sometimes but worth not having moskidos and flies. When i say windy i mean our plastic chair was blown off the balcony one night. if you don't mind 30-40% of the time being a little windy and 1520% being unbearable strong than is the best location. Again, my family looked all brused qnd bitten from our last stay by moskidos and the wind helped having no issues in plakias. As for Calma, i don't say this likely we will come back. internet is great, wife could work one week without issues, most comfy beds in our 10+ stays in last years all around grece, great location 50 m from supermarket and 100 from port.

Nothing, everything was perfect !

The host, Artemis, was amazing, so nice and so welcoming, she welcomed us with some cold beverage, which was nice since it was super warm ! She even recomended us a great restaurant in a small village next to Plakias, where we could see the sunset and a view all over the city. The appartment was very clean, and the beds were very comfy. I highly recommend this place, we felt like we were at home.

We liked everything!

The location and great hospitality from the owner Artemis! We were made to feel very very welcome from the beginning to the end. The pool was clean and refreshing and the apartment was perfect, a good powerful shower which is important and very comfortable bed also important, the location is ideal, set back from the centre but also close to everything, no noise at night and very relaxing, we will return next year, thank you so much Artemis for a perfect relaxing stay!

Fabulous room. Lovely attention to detail. Hostess is wonderful! Beautiful apple cake her mother had made and Raki, on arrival. Very clean would definitely stay here again. Quiet area with a very short walk into the village. Wonderful!

very friendly and helpful, it is very close to the center of Plakias yet quiet and tucked away, plenty of convenient parking directly in front, great swimming pool and chill bar area , very comfy bed and amazing cake offered on arrival!!

- No toiletries provided (soap/shower gel, shampoo) - No shelf in the shower cubicle, to keep soap/shampoos etc. on it (not very important, but just a small inconvenience)

- Hostess was so friendly and welcoming! She even treated us with cake and bottles of cold water right upon our arrival! - Very spacious studio - Lovely balcony - The pool looked really nice, although we didn't have time to use it - Parking space - Very modern shower, with options - Good Wi-Fi - Good, quiet location

The winds at Plakias can be very strong. Worth checking the wind forecast before travelling.

Location is great, near the main strip. Easy parking in front of the hotel. The rooms are nice and bright. You get some welcome cake from the owner, which is a nice addon. The pool and garden are nice.

We had a great time in this really nice, very comfortable and super clean apartment, with amazing view and surroundings. Special big thanks to the owner, Artemis, who was super caring and very helpful anytime we needed that. Great location, quiet stay, yet very close to the town center.
