noise from corridors, old TV set with poor channels, not always hot water, incorrect bath plug (so that we dont take bath???), otherwise all good

The toilet flush didn’t work and water was leaking. As it was late to call to fix it, we had to stop the water in the valve. The staff doesn’t inspect the toilet if everything is in order. The rooms were in the street and it was noisy later night and early morning.

Not close to The nightlife or the waterfront. You have to walk about 15 minutes. If you're looking for that, there are better options closer in.. But that's okay. Nowhere to sit outside and the pool bar area was closed. Breakfast shuts off at 10:30 Sharp which is inconvenient for a late night City like Thessaloniki. A little overpriced for old school Greek hotels. There is no complete shower door in the bathroom. It's a half shower door and if you hang the actual wand, you will spray out of the shower onto the bathroom floor. Typical stupid old school... Lose the bathtub, add a real shower. And then there is the room which really doesn't need a desk taking up space, and there's also that strange thing where there is a raised luggage dais that is a foot and a half away from the edge of the bed so you have to squeeze your way through there To get to the other side of the room. It has some bad feng shui. It should be a $50 or €50 a night Hotel. Greece is incredible about overcharging for amenities that are standard in most of the West.

Convenient location a block from the train station where the local city buses also depart from. It's also not too far from the regional KTEL bus depot. Totally Excellent breakfast. Clean, safe, with parking etc. But see below in the negative part.

The inside of the edges of the pool needs to be painted. It looks like it’s not clean but the pool was very clean

Our room was a descent size and clean, as for the location it was close restaurants and shops. Great breakfast and pool with bar and friendly staff. Value for money with great service and helpful people, highly recommend this hotel.

The furniture was quite old and it needs some refurbisment. The area is not fine, a lot of dust and under construction.

The room has an elegant desk so for work it would be great. The breakfast has many possibilites also for sweets The pool looks fine but we haven't time to enjoy it.

The rooms are a bit dated and not so well maintained. Breakfast is fine, but really busy and noisy.

Rooftop bar and restaurant are nice and comfortable. Staff is really friendly and helpful.

One of the staff member I came morning around 11 , and I asked him that I’ve booking here he started laughing at me he told me still early while was other guests waiting behind me, he was stupid and made me angry coz he shouldn’t work in reception, he should say okay you can leave your luggage in the office and back 15 you’ll find room ready sir, not laughing at me and saying it’s early even he didn’t check they I’ve requested early check in and the hotel accept it that before I go

Pool seemed like it had better days and in need of some investment. water were not fully clear and there were marks on the pool walls just above the water line. The kids didn't mind but I didn't feel tempted to go in.

Staff was very very nice and high quality service oriented. Breakfast was also very good in content and service. we got by chance the "presidential suite" not really fitting for presidents but it was very spacious and pleasent to us mortals. Room was clean and beds comfortable.
