Jacuzzi was cold and towels felt starched veru rough. No Other complaints

Location location!!! we had a phenomenal time in the thick of things in oia! This was so nice and private, the views were out of this world. The manager Joanne was absolutely amazing. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.! my son proposed to his girlfriend and the whole staff helped arrange everything for me and make it special. Captain John is also very sweet and very accommodating!

It was located on the edge of Oia, which meant beautiful views and easy access to town.

We really like everything. The appartement, the amazing view, the pool. It was very calm and relaxing. The host was very nice and at our service when we needed it. We enjoy a lot our stay. I really recommend it.

The location is great, close enough to Oia, without being in its crowded part. The viewfrom the hotel is stunning. And on top of that, our host Joanna was so helpul and kind. I would definetly come back back anoter time!

The breakfast although was large and sumptuous, was a takeaway and served in paper boxes. But having it on the terrace every morning with the stunning view more than makes up for any shortcoming!

The apartment was big and comfortable, had a balcony with amazing views of the caldera. It was also quiet as it was a bit off from the centre of Oia town. Although it was a shared terrace, our neighbours were almost always out, so privacy wasn't an issue. We didn't mind the short walk into town as it was a beautiful path along the caldera with stunning views all the way! The property was furnished to our liking, bed was comfortable, a nice kitchenette with a coffee machine. And Joanna was so kind and helpful.

Breakfasts are poor. They bring them cold in paper boxes, you've to decided the day before what you'll eat next day.

Stunning views of Oia and sunset, away from the crowd. Large, comfortable and very clean appartment, cleaned daily with change of sheets and towels. Breakfast, from a caterer, served by a very friendly lady. Joanna provided a great welcome and was very helpful during our stay

The breakfast is ordered from elsewhere and is disapointing. It would be better to offer a purely cold option with pastries, fruit, Yoghurt etc.

There were little touches that were missing that would make it exceptional. Outdoor tub wasn't heated so we couldn't stay in too long as it was cold, the deck area was a bit dirty/not wiped down, breakfast was not amazing (omelette was always cold and no spices or anything), no towels were given for the tub (only had our bath towel each), etc. You do have to call when you arrive as there's no reception desk so make sure you have access to calling. They came quickly to let us in.

The view is absolutely unbeatable. We stayed in a standard room 2 nights then the suite 1 night and the view for both rooms is just incredible. The area is a bit more private compared to directly in Oia city and it's not a far walk. The prices, while high compared to what we normally fork out for a room, are good value when you consider other prices in the same area. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The lady who served us breakfast etc is so kind and friendly! You have an amazing view of the sunset directly from your deck and can avoid the crazy crowds at the popular sunset spots in Oia. Because of this amazing view we never wanted to leave. Definitely one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed and would definitely come back!

Captain John's front desk was not responsible and not responsive. We ordered taxi service from port to hotel weeks ago (and double confirmed several times ahead of time) but no one picked us up and front desk did not inform us until we called them. The front desk lady said driver has accident and she tried to contact me, which I could not believe it to be true. My phone was on since early morning but no record of her calling and no message from booking.com either. she could have ordered substitute driver but she did not do anything. Not even an apology. We ended up calling taxi ourselves after waiting for more than half an hour at port. When we left the hotel, we asked the our next stay hotel to pick us up from there (because we do not trust Captain John's front desk any more), and next hotel also told us they had difficulties in contacting Captain John's front desk just to confirm the exact parking lot for our pick up.

The ac leaked,got some clothes wet. The breakfast was not good.

Location was awesome. On the edge of the busy area so felt secluded. Amazing view with NO crowds. It was only a 4min walk to the main shopping area.
