close to the road, so if you are noise sensitive you can hear car passing from time to time.

Very nice location just by the sea. Spacious room with kitchenette. Big bathroom. Big balcony. Around 100m to the nearest beach and up to 0,7- 1 km to the end of the village where you will find another beach and lots of shops and dining options. Very good price for value.

Sometimes traffic noise could be heard at night as its close to road.

Location (close to lovely beach, cafes, restaurants and town) and great sea view. Very clean with good facilities including balcony, kitchenette, en suite, air conditioning, WIFI and safe. Staff were friendly and helpful. Near bus stop.

It is just one long room and so it's good if you spend a lot of your days out travelling and sightseeing, then this isn't an issue. This isn't really somewhere where in the night time you can just sit and relax as it is one long room. But I don't see this as a problem as you are paying a lot less than some other complexes nearby. As mentioned again, I will definitely be coming here again in 2024 as the view of the sea is out of this world.

The owners were really friendly and so helpful. No issues on organising taxis for me to and from the airport. The room was really clean and is literally on the sea. You can literally hear the sea crashing on the rocks as you sleep. The room is spacious and has a little kitchenette which does the job. For the money you pay this is definitely worth it and a little more. The view in the morning is amazing and the sunset in the evening is stunning as you can see from my attached picture. The room is basic butt. I've tried other locations in Kalyves and this by far has the best view of the sea and I will be coming back again next year in 2024.

Great location with beautiful views from the balconies. Clean, well equipped rooms. Hosts are always very friendly/helpful, making arrangements for airport taxis and offering a late check out. We look forward to returning.

All was good

The feeling of coming home. We have been in this apts various time., For us opening the balcony door and looking at the sea, listening to the waves.. is the beginning of the relaxing holiday in this peaceful village. This is an apartment with no frills, but there is all we need! A good shower, comfortable bed, cooking facility, It's clean and the owner makes guests to feel welcome. A stroll to the small center of the village.

It’s located by the road, so little bit noisy. But as for me, it was not disturbing.

View and location is absolutely the best part of the apartment. Quite close to a little centre of town. The apartment itself also very good, clean and spacey. Very good for few nights stay If you travel by car, there is no proper parking provided, however there is a place to leave it by the building.

Absolutely nothing!

Beautiful apartment overlooking Souda Bay. Very friendly and welcoming hosts. Spacious, well equipped and kept very clean. Short walk to centre of village providing a range of Taverna's, shops and bars. Choice of two local beaches and large supermarket up the road.

We got a nice apartment in the middle floor. The view from the balcony was stunning. The apartment was cool, for most of the time we did not even need to turn on the air conditioning (our stay was in July). The apartment was clean and equipped with everything that a tourist may need. The hotel service cleaned our apartment every day and even changed towels and bed linen few times during our stay. The hosts were very nice and helpful. They recommended us some quiet beaches that we loved the most at whole Crete. Location is great, close to the beaches and to the center of Kalyves. Kalyves is a charming place for those who seek authentic Cretan surroundings.

Maybe a bit nearer town would have been good but not much of a gripe. Very good value for a week on the beach.

Good price in quieter area of town. 10 minute walk to the centre. Nearby are beaches and cafe/restaurants/bar. Almy taverna on the beach provided excellent food. Weather excellent in June, a nice relaxing week.
