I really enjoyed my stay here! It was so clean and comfortable. Beautiful attention to detail in the rooms, and I loved the traditional style architecture of the buildings. There was a closet, lots of power outlets, a nice bathroom, and a small kitchenette if you need to prepare a small meal on the stove. I also loved the balcony where you can sit and relax with the view of the ocean. It was a close walk from the port (maybe 5 mins walk), and close to the main town that is bustling each evening. Directly next door are a selection of restaurants. The host Dimitri was a great help and ensured that I arrived and left with ease, and showed me to some great spots. Highly recommend booking this accommodation for your stay in Koufonisia, I look forward to coming back. There was nothing that I disliked!

That didn’t stay longer!!!!

Everything was perfect! The room had everything you would need, along with a very comfortable bed, and wonderful views from the balcony and back terrace ( and it was serviced daily). The location couldn’t have been better - a couple of minutes from restaurants, shops, port and beach! Dimitris was the best host - very friendly and always available for information/advice - lived onsite so as a solo traveller that made me feel very safe. Thank you Dimitris and Christina!!!

Could be slightly more maintained. However the biggest drawback was the absence of any stuff members, they didn’t even provide information on where to drop the keys by the end of our stay.

Nothing I LOVE this place and the island.

The studio I was given (no 6) was lovely, everything was spotlessly clean and the view from the balcony was beautiful looking directly out to sea. Even the back terrace has a beautiful view of the windmill villa and church. The Property is 5 minutes from the port and the main town. Dimitri and his wife are so lovely and helpful. Will be back next year.

The room was great, big, clean, with nice balcony with table and chair set, hanger, and the most gorgeous view to the sea. Dimistris the owner is super nice, was very gracious as a host. The daily room cleanup with fresh towels was great, was not expecting it! The island itself is perfect for a relax vacation at least this time of the year (may)

Nothing to actually describe as unlikeable...maybe a T Towel or kitchen roll could be provided, we bought kitchen roll from the local supermarket which was recommended and stocks everything you could need, including a deli with great Greek cheese and olives

Everything was great! Only add would be an appliance to make coffee in the morning.

Easy to get to, in a great area right next to restaurants and bars, and walking distance to many swim coves. The staff was incredibly hospitable and easy to communicate with! Even offered a ride to and from which helped with transporting our luggage. Excellent balcony that felt private which we spent most of our time on.

We had a small terrace at the back of the building; the other rooms had really lovely terraces and some had great views. If we stayed again we would not want to be in this particular room. The ground outside this terrace needed some love and care to bring it up to the same standard as other rooms.

The location was first class, the room was very large and clean, and bathroom was good. Very comfortable accommodation and would definitely visit again.

Our stay was excellent. The location and size of the room is great, you're up higher so the views are very good and it's a 3 minute walk to the main beach. There are restaurants and bars nearby. Dimitrius was a very good host, he went out of his way to make us comfortable. The room is clean, organised, spacious, and the wifi is good.

The studio (no 2) is well placed 5 minutes from the port and set on a slightly elevated position so that you have views of the sea in both the back and front of the studio. Shops and restaurants all in very close proximity. There is a mini market close by. The apartments are kept spotlessly clean and towels regularly changed. Any problems and Demetri was happy to help. I will definitely be coming back here it was lovely. Also as a solo traveller I felt safe at all times.
