The location and view are amazing. The entire staff was outstanding. We were upgraded to the 'Honeymoon Suite' which was great. It's pricey but worth the splurge!

The property emerges from the side of the hills of Santoríni, gleaming like a white gem. It’s perched high above the sea and there are breathtaking views from every inch of the property.

Pool was small and the beds around the pool were too close together. Also the pool was too deep at the end with the view.

Everything was perfect.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Katikies, we would not hesitate to recommend to friends and would stay there again. The location, staff, facilities, the view was off the planet! The beds and suite were superb, spacious, especially the very large walk in wardrobe, sooo much space for our 4 night stay.

Service, organization prior. I do not like to be bothered multiple times to coordinate a transfer that ended up being late, was not on par with the service suggested or cost and was late. Upon arrival we were not offered any kind of refreshments as would be in keeping with a resort of this caliber but were made to sit and wait repeatedly while the staff fumbled with the same questions that they had repeatedly asked us prior to our arrival.

the hotel suggested a number of external trips to us and booked them for us, but I wish more info was provided to us prior to the day. We had to keep asking and we’re not getting very far. ie what times were we getting picked up, trip details and what we needed to take with us. At the last min on asking more than 5 times we found out we needed to take our passports on the boat. it would be helpful if all this could have been written down and left on a card in our room.

The staff were amazing and were so accommodating. The breakfasts were incredible with numerous options and there was special daily bites and jams etc. see photo for the breakfast basket and platter (these changed each day) .. there was also a a la carte menu of about 20 options too. We also received a bottle of wine on arrival and mini bites which was a nice touch and chocolates on our pillows each evening. The pool , room and breakfast views were breathtaking. I could not recommend this hotel enough!

Shower head was positioned a little awkward (with no door) and caused our bathroom floor to be very very wet. We used about 3 towels each time to soak up the water.

The breakfast was top notch. Service was amazing and exceeded my expectations. All the staff went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met and that we were comfortable. Location was beautiful and 15-20 minutes walking distance from Fire and about 20 min drive from Oia. I like this area compared to the others cause it was more secluded. Overall would highly recommend this hotel!

pool is too cold and too tiny ...... many people from outide hotel can walk down stairs so you are not really private inside the property room a little tiny!

Toilet had a continual leak. New robes and towels repeatedly came with stains. Bathrooms was damp, towels never fully dried. Restaurant on both occasions we ate there told us there were kitchen issues and food would be very delayed.

Breakfast was excellent Staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Views were spectacular.

You definitely don’t get the 5Star service that you pay for. We would wait AGES for our order by the pool or at the restaurant (beyond an acceptable amount of time, let alone for a 5star hotel- and it wasn’t even busy). They kept getting our orders wrong. I had made a request for extra pillows and water in the room as I am pregnant but that wasn’t fulfilled. Definitely put a dampener on our trip. Luckily we went on to another hotel which was half the price with the most amazing service and had the best time.
