A small thing.... we all like the sun but I burn and would have liked a few parasols dotted around our floor.

There was everything to like and MORE. From the moment of our arrival Dimitris was more than helpful with information on trips, tours and restuarents all of which we tried and were excellent.The staff in hotel were amazing nothing was too much trouble.Fiorel at breakfeast was always so pleasent in the mornings. Tamara our room attendant was Simply the best not great english but could communicate and she is beautiful !

This hotel is amazing😍 we had unforgettable holiday. Room are really nice, with the best views you can find in all Santorini.Breakfast delicious. Staff extremely helpful and friendly, especially Dimitri. We will definitely come back!

I thought the breakfast could have been better as it was pretty much the same thing everyday and even when we were there when they first opened the eggs were already cold. Not too many places to sit and it took a bit to get to the breakfast area. We didn't use the pool as it was small and not very inviting.

The hotel was very nice and the staff, particularly Dimitrios was very helpful. The view was gorgeous, there are alot of steps but that goes with the territory.

Nothing. It was all wonderful.

The apartment was incredible, very comfortable, and a view to die for. The balcony are was spacious and I basically didn’t want to leave my apartment area as I was enjoying it so much. The staff were so so helpful, the pool was lovely and they made delicious cocktails.

Not for those who are not physically fit. 56 steps each way to and from our room! But that is the charm of being on a cliff side! Once the water stopped working, but it wasn't for very long, only about 15 minutes. It was explained it was the city, not the hotel.

The view was fantastic. Had a very nice balcony.. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

We loved everything and everyone. Especially Dimitri, Natalie and the rest of the staff.

The property was centrally located with a spectacular view. It was spacious and clean. Service was exceptional. The breakfast and pool area were very accessible and just another awesome view of the Santorini sunrise and sunset.

Our double bed was against a wall on one side which means I struggled getting in and out of bed.

The view and location was superb. The staff can’t do enough for you even after we checked out. They still kept our luggage and let us sit by the pool area. Domitris at reception was excellent and very friendly and helpful. We will stay here every time.

The breakfast was fairly terrible. The pool is fine, but small and is where you have breakfast which I didn’t love. The food at the snack bar is average. Would have liked a little more privacy from the balcony beside ours (the steps we came up to get into the room were directly outside another rooms door) but thankfully our neighbours weren’t there much so it wasn’t an issue.

We were on one of the top suites and the views were absolutely breathtaking and made up for everything else. You can watch the sunset from your balcony and can see basically the whole island. The staff were all lovely. And it was extremely quiet. Would highly recommend for a relaxing few days in Santorini.

A lot of stairs and different properties - easy to get lost at first, but we got our bearings pretty quickly.

The location is breathtaking, regardless of the weather - and it’s centrally located which includes restaurants, shops, hikes, etc. The staff was exceptional - welcoming, responsive, kind, helpful. It’s a wonderful place. Very nice breakfast that’s included, too

The robes in our room did not seem clean so we did not use them.

Pool area a little bit small, which itself allows only 5 sun beds. But having said that the Pool area never seemed to be over busy.

The location was just amazing, the Caldera view itself is worth every penny. Our Superior Double Room was great, own private outdoor space was just perfect.

The pool. womp womp. it’s a small triangle of a poll that is shaded. However, with the allotted space, you can’t really do much. I was, however expecting a much larger pool. ****I WILL take the VIEWS over a pool!*** The only other thing was the free breakfast. It was mediocre. :( I think I had pound cake slices and yogurt w granola/ fruit everyday. The hot items were mehhh.

We loved the location!!!! esp for sunset!!! we did go to Oia as it’s strongly recommended, but Cliff Side by far had the best view! we were in room 109 but I’m sure all caldera views were lovely. We also enjoyed the architecture of everything. so many good photo opportunities! The staff was wonderful. If we needed more towels or more soaps, it was delivered within 5 minutes. so nice!
