I think the location of the accommodation is the best possible in Zakynthos, of course it depends on who has what needs. In Argasi,, everything is close, restaurants, shops, etc. The hotel is very cozy, very comfortable, the pool, the restaurant are very demanding, the breakfast is perfect, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. The staff is very helpful, everyone is kind.

Extra cost for beds to the pool, poor traditional greek food for breakfast. Poor wifi.

The cleaning service was impeccable, the pool was nice and the pool bar was very good, excellent sea view from the restaurant. Nice place for families.

The inter-connecting twin room is very small, but the two bathrooms were decent so helped save time in the mornings.

Breakfast was simple but enough considering the weather. There was lots of variety which helped change it up every day. The staff were very helpful, welcoming and made our stay better because of their hospitality. In the immediate area, there is lots to do, there are great food options, activities, and places that are open till late. The pool is a good size, and was never overcrowded while the bar offered amazing food and drinks.

The bath towels could have been bigger and the orange juice at breakfast could have been fresh but that's about it really. Generally very good.

They managed to register us via some other platform (not booking.com), and removed our air condicioner remote controlers. I had to argue, for some time until I realized where the mistake was, and took me some time to prove them wrong. Limited number of parking spaces, but not a problem. Easy to find on the street.

Free wifi however could not access internet inside room. You had to go outside however it was very hot.. Our bathroom had a bad smell that appeared to be from ongoing sewerage issues. We paid for a triple room for 3 adults however had a fold up bed as a 3rd bed which was very uncomfortable and very tight. Disappointed as it was expensive overall..

Location was good, close to supermarkets, restaurants and walking distance to the main road and beach. Pool was great including breakfast.. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

The walls of the the rooms are very thin which means you can hear everything going on in the halls outside your room and in the neighbours’ rooms. Also, the sheet quality and mattress cover could be much better.

The room was very dated, the air conditioning was not adjustable, we had no power in our room for over three hours 3 hours, the hotel is not very child friendly, the playground is not suited to under 3’s and was muddy and slippy. Did not like the fact you had to pay for cushions on the sun beds
