Maybe bed sheets could've been changed more times during our stay without us explicitly requesting it. Open buffet breakfast could've been better for the price, but it was ok.

Heartfelt thanks to Kostas, Panos, Ana, and all the other staff as everyone was so warm and welcoming. The room had a great sea view, and the access to the sea and the seaside sunbeds were very nice. Restaurant is great for all meals during the day. Service staff were great in general.

Bedrooms were slightly dusty and towels & mugs weren’t replaced daily. But overall great we enjoyed our stay and small details could be over looked.

Great location and friendly staff. Especially Jasmine at reception. She gave us the most amazing welcome and made us feel at ease! All staff were pretty friendly and couldn’t do more for you.

Room could have been a bit cleaner as there were still sand on the floor.

Denise Beach Hotel is excellently located with 2 buildings: one right on the beach, the other one across the street. Both have their own pools and can be used by any of the guests. We were accommodated on the building across the street (which was more for families with children) and as we were travelling with our baby it didn't bother us an all. The room was very spacious and also had some small amenities which we used: coffee filter machine, mini-refrigerator. The staff was very kind and friendly with us. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, though we did eat once at their restaurants. Pool bar is also available in the building build right on the beach.

The room was too luminous, comfort of the bed and pillows were not that good.

People are warm, welcome was really nice. Location of the hotel is perfect, calm but very close to beaches and nightlife. Restaurant of the hotel has an incredible view, pleasant for the sunset, food is also nice and prices are reasonable.

The bathroom needs a renovation. It was not nice. On booking we get a different picture of the bathroom. Unfortunetly they were fully booked and we cant chance the room.

the staff/ receptionists were so nice. All of them are very helpfull and very kind. They had very good recommendations for us. The restaurant was also good.

The breakfast was chargeable. No drinking water, teas, coffees in the room. The mini shampoos were provided only for the first night.

You could still hear the noise from surrounding properties and the nearby parties throughout the night and morning, but this is just the nature of the town where it is situated.

Clean rooms, nice staff, very helpful and sweet, eager to male you feel looked after, pool and beach next to each other, ideal location close to the shops, restaurants and other amenities but far enough to avoid the excessive noise and crowds.

The location was great and the pool and beach were lovely. The staff especially on reception were so helpful. Anna and Mina were brilliant and gave us great advice and helped us get our money back from a boat company. We were a group of 5 girls and felt safe and looked after.

There is no 'do not disturb' sign anywhere in the room. The cleaning lady just comes wether you want your room cleaned or not. The beach towels have seen better days.

Everything was fine, the staff was always helpful and friendly, the rooms spacious.

How slow the staffs makes the food

It was near the strip, the beach and airport great location. And the bar got some nice food too

Pretty loud music playing the whole day (i guess thin room walls that cant isolate it well enough) which was distracting when we tried to go to sleep earlier. Not the cleanest bathroom + shower temperature was inconsistent.

Sea view and access to the sea directly from the hotel. The personnel was really nice and kind, always helpful. Swimming pool okay.

It was extremely loud with motorcycles and ATVs going up and down the street all night long into the early hours of the morning. It's obviously catering to a younger crowd who likes to party as we woke up numerous times by a partiers. The pool closes at a very early time, 6:30 p.m. which seems odd and given that it's a resort destination.

The shower was not great very small and not enough water pressure. The table on our balcony was broken when we got there so we couldn’t really use it.

it was a short walk from everything and was so close the beach. The staff we’re very nice and very helpful with any information we needed about the area.

While I loved everything in general, the hotel has 2 little disadvantages: the balconies of the rooms lack privacy (other people from inside hotel can look in your balcony); no passage to Agios Sostis through the beach since the hotel is almost on the water, so you either have to walk in water or do the circle around. But these things were quite minor compared to how cute the hotel is

Amazing view - the hotel is on the sea. It is high level clean, beautiful, the staff is very friendly and service-minded. Delicious food.
