We loved the staff and the food!

On the cons, as soon as we arrived we found 2 tampon wrappers under the bed. The toilet and shower really smelled like sewage, the shower did not drain good and it was flooded a few times. There was no place to hang the towels except for 2 holders inside the shower (?). I would add some drawers or a closet because the space was really limited. Food and drinks are ok. We were never able to get sun beds at the pool because people reserve them even if they are never there.

We checked in Diana Palace around 11 am, we were told to wait until 15:00 to get into our room. Around that time we were back and after some minutes we were told that we had to move to another hotel from the chain for one night becase there were some plumbing issues with the rooms. The day after we came back and our room was ready, we stayed at the new part and the room looked really pretty. We also got a big nice balcony which was a big plus. Staff was always helpful and friendly

The beer was very weak and not very nice. Little or none entertainment in the evening. We had a bath in our room but no way to get shower/bath gel into bath as were fixed to wall

The manager was very helpful and as we were 2 couples travelling together she upgraded us to premier suites from 1 comfort and a junior suite, which was a lovely surprise. Staff are fantastic and food was wonderful.

There is small parking place. Also didn't like a noise after 2300 hours. According the rules of hotel after 2300 it must be a rest time, but usually it was a loud noise in hotel area.

I didn't like that you have to pay an extra 3€ for a cocktail. But in this case,I drank less 🙂

All staff were great, everyone helpful and friendly. We had a superior room booked, we got two single beds pushed together which we didn't like but we asked the receptionist to figure something out if possible. She promised she would send a room maid to put additional mattresses to hide that huge gap between the two single beds and it worked. Felt like a double bed afterwards. I was pleasantly surprised finding an iron and ironing board in the room. Also was a pleasant surprise to find two cotton bathrobes along with two pairs of disposable slippers in the wardrobe. Huge bonus. The food was delicious. Various enough to satisfy everyone's taste. I don't understand those who complain about not having a big choice of different meals.

- on the booking I've selected at the bed preference section : one double and one sofa, we've had 3 single beds in the room. The fault it's mine though because I didn't said anything at the reception, but as an advice to the stuff, you guys should pay more attention to the reservations.. - they don't have as much seafood as you expect (except makes the fillet fish who is served daily) - parking place is small

- 🔟 To the bar tenders - the resort has every facility you can imagine - room service for cleaning is great - the hotel is placed in the middle of the village, close to the beach, bars and restaurants - pools are extraordinary clean - everything else was great, I recommend this property ✅

The furniture was outdated and looked as if it was there since the ‘90s.

The staff was very nice and helpful and proved us once more that Greek hospitality is indeed the best! The guy from the pool bar is absolutely delightful (sorry can’t remember his name). The room was sparkly clean every day and bedsheets changed every 3 days. It was good for the price we paid. All in all we had a really nice stay!

The bed wasn't really comfortable in our room. There could be more variety of fresh fruit during meal time. Regarding covid measures, even though the staff tried to do their best, there were always people not wearing their masks properly, or not respecting social distancing. There isn't a nice beach nearby, but you can easily reach several beaches by car and enjoy the whole island.

The greek food was pretty good. All restaurants and bars in Argasi are nearby and it is possible to walk there. The staff was always kind and helpful. Overall good value for money.

Our room was on ground floor in separate old building without view.Not clean at all with bad smell from WC and without any kind of ventilation.The outdoor unit for climatization was mounted on terrace floor so there is no possibility to be on terrace while you use it.And that's not all.

The only perfect in this hotel was staff. Breakfast was good without many varieties of food, almost same every day.Location of the hotel is good if you are planning to stay on hotel pool or to walk around the city.There is no good beach nearby.

We got 2 single beds instead of a double (and we were on our honeymoon). We informed them and they put a small mattress on top but the bed kept splitting and was uncomfortable The shower leaked and the water was salty The bedding smelled weird The all inclusive - we paid a lot for it and cocktails weren't included, only bad pre mixes The food wasn't great and left a lot to be desired The beer tasted like it was watered down with salt water with the exception of the bar by the second pool All in all its passable as a vacation spot but not for a honeymoon and definitely don't get the all inclusive, it's a waste. So many nice places around to eat that's more affordable
