Had an excellent stay at the apartment! It was so clean, quiet and central to Chania. The beds were really comfy and the host was lovely and made us feel at home. If we ever come back we would definitely stay here again

We did struggle initially with our unit's hot water. The instructions said to press a button on the breaker if there was no hot water. As it turned out, there was one additional breaker that needed to be flipped. Easy solution just a small pain point. One other thing that didn't end up being a huge issue but was just.. odd to me? Was trash. We never found a large trash bin like I'd expect in a residential area. Ultimately, I talked to a restaurant worker nearby and she just recommended throwing our bags in a green can across the street. I suppose this is all normal for the area, but it felt odd.

We've been island hopping through Greece and this was the best place we stayed at by a margin! The unit is very functional, modern, and comfortable. Check-in was easy and I appreciated a lot of the information provided by the host such as parking availability. Very helpful host and available any time we had questions. The loft area makes the unit feel really spacious. I was traveling with my girlfriend and we both mentioned how nice it was that there were a few different areas around the apartment that we each more or less claimed for our things but never felt like we were stepping over each other. I really appreciated how modern everything was and even the internet amenities had a wall outlet to connect my travel router for VPN access back home so I could do some work remotely with solid speed compared to other places I've stayed in Greece so far. The location is absolutely perfect. We were a bit lost at first (tourist life) and I was somewhat worried we were more remote than I'd expected, as the alleyway is pretty unassuming. Once we were settled and started exploring, we walked around the block and popped out onto the street which leads down to the harbor and it was.. BEAUTIFUL. I absolutely loved the atmosphere and the second we'd rounded that corner, I was stoked about our location. There were even nearby grocery stores (something we'd struggled to find in Athens) so we got really comfortable and settled in. The parking situation improved as well, and I could regularly find street parking in the alleyway. Only twice did I have to park on a nearby street about 5 mins away. This was by far my favorite location thus far in our trip, and it would be my first pick if I were to visit again. Super comfortable and central (without being so central that there's a bar directly outside the bedroom window, like our last hotel).

We had amazing stay. The apartment is fantastic, spacious and bright. Everything is very clean, modern and super nicely decorated, has everything in top quality what you need for your stay and you feel like at home. The bed is extremely comfy. In addition, it is an easy walk to all the sights, beaches and dozens of cafes and restaurants. The communication with Eirini is excellent, she is the best host ever. We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment. This is "must stay in" if you go to Chania. Finding a parking spot could be difficult. The municipality of Chania should do something about it.

This apartment is right in the centre of Chania, yet very quiet. I traveled for work and everything I needed was easy and quick to reach. The place was spacious, bright, and clean, the bed linen and towels were of excellent quality, the iron and hair dryer were also of professional quality, and the WiFi was fast. Rita was very hospitable, sweet, and always prompt to help. The beautiful decoration made me feel relaxed the whole time and helped me release the stress of work. There is also a large TV with Netflix etc, and good quality coffee available. I would recommend it to anyone and would definitely stay again myself.

Everything was perfect!

10/10. This is probably the best accomodation in Chania Old Town. The host and sales manager exceeded our expectations, they were so friendly and helpful, during our stay they answered 24/7 and gave us extremely insightful recommendations where to go/visit/eat. We had the best time and that is thanks to them! The apartment has everything you need, it's extremely spacious, modern, very clean, has a big balcony and is within minutes to anything you need. Parking was not so difficult as we expected, we always found a place to park the car. We would definetely come back here!

Everything was beyond perfect.

Everything, I cannot explain how much we enjoyed our stay. The first part was that we we able to take the room earlier (the host made it possible even if we arrived very early and checkin was later). The room was so clean, one of the cleanest we ever stayed in. The place is in the hearth of the city, a 3 minutes walk from Chania center. The room was quiet, with a beautiul terace. The hosts were amazing, they provided a lot of guidance in terms of places to eat and visit. It was beyond our expectations and there isn't something we did not enjoy or could complain about. This is a "must stay in" place if you intend to visit Chania. If we ever come back to this beautiful island and city, we will stay here. And we highly recommend the place- value for money is excellent. Rita is an amazing host, very positive always willing to help. This is something very rare to find.

I believe the accommodation is great value for money. It was very spacious, working AC, and it was very close to a number of things such as the bus stations(one to get to and from the airport, second being the public transportation which can take you the beach), the historical centre, a high number of restaurants, a supermarket.

Loved everything, only thing we didn't like was leaving Crete!!

Lovely hostess and amazing facilities, close to transport and 2 minutes to Old Town and the Port. Bus depot is literally 45 seconds from the apartment and it was the perfect place to stay!! Recommend you stay here if you can, stunning place and Rita is fantastic!! Thank you for the warm welcome to Crete!!

The apartment is spotless clean, well positioned in the centre of Chania, a few steps away from the shops and restaurants in the old historical centre. The host has very nice. She waited for us until close to midnight (as our flight was delayed). She was very very helpful in finding an available paediatrician on a Saturday morning. We needed to depart before the expected date and the host offered us a 4 nights voucher although was not covered by booking.

I love everything about this place. Firstly we stayed in the maisonette for one week (it was booked for the rest). Then we moved to an apartment with a balcony for another few days. Eirini made the transfer easy, and on our last day, she was so good and flexible that she let us stay longer so we could pack without any rush. The apartment was excellent and well equipped.

Absolutely nothing!

Staying at Dimitra Apartments was an oasis for my soul as my experience was excellent. It was very pleasant, from the moment of arrival with a warm welcome by the most caring host Rita, the lovely apartment and the absolute best location in Chania. If you are looking for relaxation but at the same time would like to take part in what is happening in the city, you have come to the right place. The apartment has a high standard, is very modern and was very clean. You can look forward to an extremely comfortable bed and pillows, embroidered high-quality bed linen including towels, air conditioning, TV with Netflix, nice bathroom with tub including shower gel and shampoo made from local virgin olive oil, a fully equipped kitchen and a great terrace that invites you to linger . There is nothing missing, you feel at home, maybe even better. But the most beautiful thing about the trip for me personally was the great hospitality of Rita (host). I took Rita into my heart in such a short amount of time, because she has such a kind, caring and open-hearted nature which makes you feel comfortable from day 1. She and her excellent team (Giorgos & Iro) are at your side with support and advice for every question (restaurant, sightseeing and beach recommendations or bookings for trips outside of Chania and the surrounding area). I am not exaggerating. Believe me, you are definitely in good hands. Rita is an asset to Chania and I would highly recommend staying at Dimitra Apartments for anyone traveling there.

Dimitra’s amazing apt is brand new, very stylish, comfortable, perfectly clean and with a great terrace. It is central and at the same time quiet! While we had full privacy, the host Rita gave us great hints about Chania and the area which made our stay very tasty and enjoyable! Thank you very much!

The place was excellent for our holiday. It was all we needed. We stayed in the Maisonette for one week. The apartment was comfortable, well equipped, had a lovely modern design, had a great location (next to Old Town, and a 10-15 walk to the beach) and Erini was the best host we've ever had ❤️. The apartment's furniture and beds were all very comfortable, and the air conditioning allowed us to have a pleasant sleep. Eirini was very helpful and caring. We felt at ease throughout our stay, and hopefully we will be back in the future.
