United States of AmericaI really loved this hotel - one thing to note though: the beach is essentially rocky (large round stones) so you will really require water shoes. It's very difficult to walk on. I still loved it but just note that it isn't sandy and it will kill your feet if you don't have flip flops or water shoes. That's the only reason I gave it a 9 - otherwise the hotel is perfect.
The food was great. The staff was incredible. The view from our room was fantastic. Loved having our own private plunge pool. The concierge was 10 out of 10 helpful - we missed a flight and she handled getting us new tickets with ease. Great place to stay in Chania, and lots of activities nearby.

United KingdomWe had such a relaxing week here, everything was perfect. Staff were amazing, the rooms were comfortable and stylish and the facilities amazing. The private beach and pool were great and I loved the morning pilates classes. Breakfast was also wonderful. Our toddler had the time of her life, we can’t wait to come back.

Our room was large & spacious. Great aesthetic & well appointed. The staff are amazing. We checked in at midnight & had a plate of nibbles & cold cuts waiting for us in our room. The staff have local knowledge of the area & are very willing to provide great tips on places to eat & visit. Thank you Thodoris, Stratos, Edwardo, Christina, Constantina, Elpida, Stefanos, Katerina, Christos, Frissa, Marina & Stella for making us feel very welcome & looking after us particularly when I was unwell with a sinus infection during our stay. Nothings is too much trouble for you guys & you are all wonderful assets to Domes Zeen!

United KingdomThe food was a bit hit and miss. The evening menu sounds good but I found the food either quite bland or far too rich. There wasn’t enough choice on the lunch/pool menu. I would probably make plans to eat out/head in to Chania more if I were to go back.
The hotel is lovely, the rooms are great. Very comfortable and the bed is good. Lots of nice touches and you could easily stay by the pool or beach all week. Staff are really helpful and friendly.

We loved this holiday / our room was lovely and our kids loved the plunge pool. The food at breakfast and both restaurants for other meals were incredible. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and we really hope we can return!

The staff were amazing. Everyone was very friendly and helpful with anything that we needed or wanted. We were very happy with our room in particular as it was located in an ideal area and more private than others we passed by. Everything was very clean. The entire property was very quiet and secluded but just a short drive to the old port. Food was great too.
