The area is not a typical tourist location. It is suburban with not much around and you do hear the traffic a little bit from the coastal road (although I am particularly sensitive - so most people probably wouldn’t be bothered). We specifically chose the area as it is handy to get to the airport (just 20 minutes) - but it’s a bit far from central Athens if that’s what you were hoping for. In our case - this was absolutely intentional, so this is not really a negative comment.

Lovely modern flat with fabulous pool, terrace and garden. Bbq, spacious living room with big TV and Netflix for chilling out in the evenings. Walking distance to supermarket, beach and a great beach bar/restaurant. Comfy beds, lovely duvets and pillows, plenty of towels (even extras for the pool). Brilliantly kitted out with everything you’d need in the kitchen, including dishwasher tabs, tea, coffee, olive oil, salt and pepper etc. Really generous and well thought out.

always nice to be actually in the mountains or actually on the beach or round the corner from a café. Disc scored as being near all three so that is outstanding.

Elena was very helpful and courteous. Answered all questions and requests almost instantly. And the hot tub was perfect for relaxing after the sightseeing.

hostess information the house was super clean(pool also was clean) very nice design of the apprtment it had all the facilities that we need in general, we were 5friends and stayed in the apartment with the pool, all i have to say is that it was amazing!!the host was very informative gave us all the details we might need upfront without feeling that we need her every day. The welcome treats were much appreciated! definetly an appartment that we will book again!

The hot tub was outside for all to see. No privacy provided so we did not use it. A shame really.

The suite was big and clean with many household amenities. There was fruit and water kept for us in the fridge and even washing up powder fir the clothes. It is a modern villa with three bedrooms and two bathrooms absolutely lovely location with private oarking and a wonderful view.

It is a true luxury villa, well equipped with everything you need. The host, Elena is very attentive and took care of us and was very helpful with information about the area. The villa is new, well maintained and very nicely and comfortably designed.

Host sent us a detailed video on how we could access the keys, full with instructions, one day before we reached the property. The process was straightforward. The property has two bathrooms, which was very convenient as we were 5 girls. Local brand (Apivita) soap, conditioner and cream, and hairdryer were appreciated! One bedroom has a lovely double bed and plenty of space, the other bedroom has more limited space for three beds but you can fit. The garden is well taken care of, and the living room and kitchen have everything you may need(including speakers connecting with Bluetooth, and full kitchen equipment) there are a few delivery places if you don’t feel like cooking Overall a nice stay!

There where photo's of the swimming pool, specifically placed with this specific apartment. But there is no swimming pool on the 1st level, only on the ground floor. The whirlpool made it all more than okay.

everything! Penina was great, she was available and helped with everything. The suite is beautiful, sparkling clean, amazing modern design. The apartment has everything you need and more, the view to the sea is wonderful. God is in the little details. And there is no doubt that they thought of every detail in the apartment. The property is located on in a very nice, calm area, with a full sea view, Large windows, and sunny property that just makes you feel refreshed.. The staff has great attention to details Fruits, Coffee, Water, Juice, Spices and many things were provided, which really was a nice gesture.. The staff were really supportive, guided us to some great restaurants, and gave us a late checkout.. Thank you very much Feninol, will definitely come back once im visiting Athens again

The bathrooms were a little small & narrow than expected. The shower water kept running through the floor.

We really liked the surrounding area, the beach was only a 6 min walk from the Villa, the neighbours were very friendly and welcoming. There is few shops that sell everything you need around the corner. The mountain & sea views were amazing, from every room… the villa looks better in person… Also the villa is suitable for a family of 5… Everything we needed was there… (very smart of them to have a first aid kit) .Christmas 2023 was great because of This stay :). Our flight was late at night but Elena the manager allowed us to check out late , which was very kind of her and we got to relax well before our flight.
