Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Parking is a complicated! The room could be better decorated.

The rooftop pool was closed both days we were there. Our room had a balcony that, unfortunately, looked over a car park, so we didn't spend any time on it.
Very central location. Room was small but had everything we needed. Breakfast was good, varied and the staff were incredibly polite and helpful.

The sofa bed is really uncomfortable in executive rooms. Queen bed is fine but sofa bed made my nights disturbing :(
This is my 4th stay at Electra Palace Thessaloniki. I loved it everytime. Great location, great view, really helpfull and kind staff and awesome breakfast

A splendid hotel in a wonderful location. Wonderful views of the bay of Thessaloniki. The staff are kind and friendly. The breakfast is fabulous with many, many choices.

The food in the restaurant in the evening for the one dinner we booked was not as good as we had hoped. It was a special occasion of our anniversary and the wine we wanted was out of stock and the flavour of our two main courses was not as good as it could have been with what was our most costly evening out so a bit disappointed.
The staff in all departments were very nice. Housekeeping staff left our rooms like new every day and were so polite. The breakfast was incredible and lovely view from the terrace.

Breakfast is ok nothing fancy but it is located on 7th floor which has great views. Bedroom had everything we need but bit small for a family of 4.
Location is the best right in the middle of everything.

Breakfast service very slow, coffee cup are uncomfortable to hold, not much variety, On the first day the water in the room are free of charge, but next day you have to pay .

Outdoor pool was cold and very small, probably fine for a quick plunge in the summer.
We loved the view from the rooftop cafe/bar/breakfast bar. The location was perfect as it was so central. The staff were delightful and couldn't do enough for us. The spa was relaxing and we really enjoyed our massages. Natasa was the best masseuse I've ever had (and she gave us a great tip for visiting the Edessa waterfalls!)

unfortunately the bell boy service wasn’t that great , but to give them credit the hotel was over booked .. I would advice to have English speaking bell boys hence it’s a touristic destination . Parking my car was a big hassle I had to take it to a parking building , I would advice to provide this service even if you want to charge us . After a long drive I want to finally enter my hotel room not drive around the city to look for the designated parking building .
