This place was amazing! The apartment is so nice and clean and very modern. The hosts were wonderful and very helpful. We were greeted by home made sweet bread and a ton of extras. They went above and beyond. They also helped with transportation and helpful tips around Milo’s. It is a short walking distance to the city center to Adamas and there several wonderful restaurants close by. We were very impressed by everything this wonderful place had to offer!

Location to beach and town was fantastic. Comfortable beds and pillows and patio space great for morning coffee and happy hour perfect. Hosts went above and beyond including home baked goodies, water, coffee, wine and fruit. Information about the island, and good suggestion for renting e-bikes, and for a boat ride. The hosts are very special people and made our stay most comfortable

Everything was great, including location!

Giannis and Sofia were just beautiful hosts and so lovely and helpful! They will forever be a beautiful memory of our stay in Milo’s. Thea Sofia made her homemade goodies for us upon arrival and the next day! The place was clean, they were so helpful. Perfection. I will stay there again!

The hosts were amazing. We were picked up from the port and taken to the property. During our stay we were given information on best places to go whilst there. Sophia cooked us fresh food and the fridge was full of goodies on arrival.My daughter unfortunately was unwell for two days they organised a doctor and contacted me twice a day to check on her. Absolutely super host, great property great location will definitely stay her again.

Everything about Esperos Seaside Suite was amazing from the incredible, kind hosts to the comfortable and very well equipped accommodation. Yiannis, Sofia and Stamatis were incredible hosts who ensured we were comfortable and had what we needed on a daily basis. Stamatis messaged us in advance of our arrival to let us know that Yiannis would meet us at the port and bring us to the apartment and followed-up daily to ensure we had everything we needed. Sofia ensured we had everything we needed in the apartment from towels to a well stocked fridge which was great for breakfast. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and in a great location within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Our hosts took the time to suggest places to visit in Milos. We absolutely loved our stay at Esperos Seaside Suite and would recommend to family and friends. We would definitely stay here again. We felt like we were staying with family! Thank you Yiannis, Sofia and Stamatis!!

Esperos Suite was one of the best place accommodation I’ve stayed in, exceptionally clean & comfortable. Close to town, less than 10 minute walk. The owners made it feel like we were staying at our own families, all the small details were so kind & appreciated. The owner picked us up from the airport & took us to a local rental company so we could hire a quad bike for our stay. We we’re also treated to baked goods on arrival & Greek lunch left for us the following day. I highly recommend staying here if you are coming to Milo’s. I will absolutely be back !

I really cannot think of anything, the stay was terrific. I have heard a few people had some issues with the shower, but I personally thought it was fine. It is not the typical American type of shower as it is in a tub and the shower unit is an extension connected to the tub faucet (but connected to the wall so you don't have to hand hold it, but could if you wanted) so it takes a little getting used to. However, once you get comfortable it's really pretty good in my opinion. I liked how there is a window about head high so I could look out at the island scenery as I was taking the shower. :)

As this was our first visit to Milos, we were not sure what to expect for accommodations. Esperos Seaside Suites were fantastic and even better than what I expected from the pictures. The hosts are very friendly and nice. It feels more like you are staying at the house of a family member or friend than staying in a hotel. They made sure we had everything we needed, including picking us up at the airport and taking us to a place we could rent a car. They were so many little person touches around the place, including homemade baked bread waiting for us! :) I definitely recommend staying here to anyone traveling to Milos. God willing if we're ever able to return, this is where I would want to stay again. The accommodations and location are terrific, but even more important the hosts are so friendly and kind.

The old couple were really nice, they picked us up from the airport and drove us to the port for departure. They also prepared nice cookies and cakes, and the landowner constantly check with us if we need help. The rooms are also cozy. Overall it was a really good stay!

The host and family were incredible, we felt at home. They picked us up from the Ferry terminal, when we arrived we had food in the fridge, juice, water.. all the essentials. Super helpful with tips for daily trips and where to go. They also helped with facilitating a car rental and fresh cakes.. absolutely Exceptional !!

Everything was perfect

I have never in my life experienced hospitality like I did at Esperos Suite. They treated us like family. We were picked up at the port, dropped off at the airport, provided with a fully stocked fridge with wine and homemade goodies, given a tour with instructions on how to operate everything in the apartment, and given recommendations all around the island. They were very responsive and so so so kind and helpful. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable and only a 10 minute walk to the port. I only wish we stayed longer! Milos is the best Greek island. I hope to be back, and if I do - I will stay at Esperos!

Beautiful apartment with everything we needed. Nice balcony for a morning coffee in the sun. The hosts are very nice and helpful. We had a warm welcoming with homemade cake and some things in the fridge. If we will return to Milos we will definitely stay there again. We highly recommend!

This is the best B&B I have ever stayed in. The house is very warmly decorated and the rooms are very well equipped with everything you need. Great location, 7-8 minutes walk to the center of town. The landlord was the kindest and warmest landlord I have ever met, had more fruit than we could eat in the fridge, homemade cakes, and drinks. Made us feel like we were at home. Very touching. The landlord was very helpful, taking us to the pier and helping us book a taxi. Perfect B&B, lucky to be able to stay in this house. Everyone can choose this B&B without hesitation. I have never met such a nice, welcoming and helpful host like Stamatis and his mother, they were superb. The host picked us up at the port. The hosts go out of their way to help their guests, even while working their normal jobs. The fridge was full of drinks, fruits and tasty homemade pastries that we couldn't even finish. The terrace is huge and lovely with a sea view. Comfortable beds, a big bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a parking lot. THIS IS THE BEST PLACE TO STAY IN MILOS.

My friend and I have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house and we couldn't have been more happier. Everything was absolutely PERFECT. The location is great, quiet neighborhood and only a quick walk to the main area where all the restaurants are located. From the entryway-balcony-interior design, everything was so uniquely beautiful. Stamatis and his family were the best/most warm hearted hosts we’ve ever experienced on our vacations. Their incredible hospitality felt like instant family, and we loved the Greek dishes Stamatis’s mom would make for us. This place felt like home away from home. We still talk about what an amazing stay it was and how it was one of the highlights of the trip. Don’t think twice, just book this place, you’ll love it. We can't wait to stay here again!

The perfect place to stay in Milos! Family run accommodation, very comfortable, good located (quite, a bit away from the main road, only 5-10 mins by foot to the center of Adamas. Parking space directly at the house. Landlords are very nice people, delicious homemade food were provided by Sofia, mmmhm! Son speaks good English. What more could you ask for!?
