I would like to warmly recommend the perfect villa, and above all say a big thank you to the wonderful Argyro who welcomed us and helped us. Even when we got stuck with the rental car, she came to rescue us with her private car in the evening. Good-hearted and pleasant The villa is fully equipped, with thought down to the smallest details, large and spacious, with a large balcony and an infinity pool.

These are not things that we did not like, but only what you should be aware of: - It will be difficult for you to enjoy a stay here if you do not have your own car. Then again, it would be difficult do to anything in Crete if you don't have your own car. - In order to get here you would have to drive about 5-7 minutes on a dirt road. - The pool is 1.5m deep all over and the pool area can get slippery when wet. Keep this in mind if you're traveling with kids or some irresponsible adults. - The villa is set deep in nature, so there will be some insects. Keep this in mind when spending time outside after dark, and dress and/or spray accordingly.

We enjoyed a 1 week stay in the Nerea villa, the furthest on the right as you are facing the sea. There was a very thorough cleaning service provided halfway through our stay, the host greeted us upon check-in, gave us the keys, a quick tour, some welcome treats, restaurant recommendations, everything. The host is very responsive on Whatsapp at every hour. The villa is perfect for 6 adults and 3 children as there are separate bathrooms and bedrooms, plenty of space on the terrace and a huge pool. There are lovely restaurants within 10-15 minutes driving and a couple of supermarkets 5 minutes away. I would definitely recommend this place if you plan on spending some time in this part of the island. Also Balos is 45 minutes away and Elafonissi about 1h15 min. Falasarna beach is right in front of the villa. Needless to say, the view is incredible. We enjoyed 7 perfect sunsets. You have everything you need to cook, including a BBQ outside, which we never got to use, there is very good WiFi, plenty of parking and our villa was easily accessible with strollers as we had a side entrance.

The road getting to the villa is very bumpy and a car is highly recommended for getting around.

Our stay was above and beyond and completely exceeded our expectations, the views are just incredible and the villa is immaculate. Our host was very friendly and ensured we were happy all throughout our stay.

We tried to get to the villa by google maps which showed us 2 routes which were kind of dead ends, but then found the right one which led to the villa, so you’d better check with the host for some directions before getting there.

Everything was perfect. Very close to the beach, supermarket, restaurants, anything you need. The villa was exactly as in the photos, fully equipped with anything a family with kids needs. The host was very nice, she fulfilled our requests flawlessly, she even brought us home made cookies at arrival and gifts at departure. 10+ experience

The villa is beautifully built and well maintained. The views are spectacular. We had an amazing time. Falsarna beach is the best to spend day outside and is just 5-7mins drive from the villa. The pool is big and much fun for family, a little big for small kids. The villa is big, with bathrooms attached to all bedrooms and fully equiped, nice kitchen as well. We had a fantastic time.

Everything! It was a dream come true - the location, interior, space (inside and outside), the most beautiful sunsets and breathtaking views. This accommodation really made our holiday complete! It had everything and more. Most of all, our lovely and very caring hostess Argyro was a blessing. She really cared for us and made sure everything was well. Each of the villas have a private big terrasse with a perfect private infinity pool; the view and the sun set are the best we ever have seen. All is well prepared, maintained and cleaned. Argyro did an amazing job and helped us to find nice tavernas nearby. She also prepared different very good cakes for us.

All was great

We had a great time on our luxury villa from Falasarna Village. Very clean and modern, secluded location with front unobstructed view of the Falasarna Beach. Minutes from Falasarna Beach (5 min drive), great tavernas (reastaurants), we enjoyed a lot Spilios Taverna (2 min drive). There are also several mini-markets around with basic stuff, local pastries and souvenirs. Our villa (Calypso) had 3 rooms (2 masters with own bathrooms plus one more bedroom), living room, kitchen with all you need, private infinity pool with shower outside, gas grill and all you need to enjoy the great view and beautiful sunset. One of the best villas to rent in the area if you want to enjoy a luxury experience in Crete. The owner will meet you on your arrival and will make sure you have everything you need during your stay. There is an about 1 km dirt road from the main street to the villa but after you drive to Balos Beach, this road will feel like a highway.

The beds were firmer than we like. A pool heater or a hot tub would be perfect for the cooler weather.

Relaxing villa away from high touristy areas. Host was excellent …super nice and provided us with everything we needed! She gave us recommendations for restaurants in the area. Amazing sunset views! The host brought homemade snacks for us and gave us a souvenir upon checkout. Highly recommend this villa…would definitely stay here again!
