First impression. When we arrived we were confused where is a beach, should we use a car going for a beach, where are restaurants, shops, bakeries???? The place looks like isolated at the end of the urban area. However with the first walk you will find that everything is available nearby .

The apartment is comfortable, equipped with everything somebody may need during the holidays. Moreover, despite kitchen facilities there are bikes to use for free, some beach equipment etc. If you need something not present in the apartment, communicate the owners, they will help. The beach is in front of the facilities, everything is close, just several minutes of walking…

The kitchen facilities were a little outdated. The stove top was very hard to figure out how to use because the knobs weren't very intuative.

It was peaceful and in a great location for the beach. The host was so friendly and kind. They allowed us to check in earlier than we had planned.

The location is perfect, 1 min walk to the beach. We booked for 7, large apartments. Watch sunrise and sunset from balcony ....stunning. Hosts are amazing, go out of their way to help you, so kind and generous, please don't hesitate to book here. Family run business, all are so friendly. Bikes can be used for free to tour area, we saw the amazing coastline on the track along the beach for miles. Good restaurants, reasonable priced.

There is a smell emanating from the drains in the bathroom. But it’s manageable if you close the door. The lack of blackout curtains (room 14) but luckily it’s west facing so it’s manageable. Also I could hear the baby next door and even snoring (!) - again it was manageable - I still managed to sleep!

Ocean view with balcony and two lines front and back to dry wet things after a day at the beach. The owner Dimitris was very nice and was happy to make arrangements for me if required. I liked that it’s very low-key, I could borrow the bike for free, the beach chairs, umbrella etc all free, and I was able to have breakfast next door (another hotel/apartment) with Dimitris’ cousin. I felt very looked after and “at home”.

Great sea view, great service, and the best host Dimitris who will make you feel like home even before you arrive. And who will do his best to make your holidays perfect when you are there. The village is rather quite, but with all the services you need within walking distance from the appartments. We had breakfast in the hotel just next to the apartments. For only 7 EUR pp it was rich enough, and served also with great care of the kindest owner Sonya. Can nothing but recommend!

Mild smell of mold in cupboards and wardrobe, but with ventilation it disappears.

Great location, super close to a nice beach, possibility to use bicycles, several good restaurants within 5-7 minutes or walking,, including a gourmet one, and most importantly - a super pleasant, very friendly and helpful host Dimitris! 11/10.

Wonderful hosts who could n't be more helpful.Excellent sea view from balcony and secluded beach less than 200 yards below, walking past wonderful wild flowers. Good selection of excellent restaurants within 5 mins walk. Cool welcoming reception area. Free bikes.

The 2 bed apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable- a well equipped kitchen, good bathroom (plenty of hot water and nice towels) - and a fabulous view. The beds were great - we slept very well. Mitikas has nice tavernas, beautiful gardens to admire in the local houses and a great beach nearby. A visit to nearby Nicopolis is recommended. Dimitris is an excellent host - he drove out to find us when our sat nav let us down on our arrival by car from the airport, during a rainstorm after dark. Breakfast at the hotel next door was delicious. We only stayed for 2 nights on a road trip around Greece, but we’re planning our next stay at Faros Apartments already.

Faros Apartmens is truly exceptional, one-off place. I have travelled a lot but rarely do you get to feel so much at home, so welcomed and looked after. Dimitris, his dad and Sonja went out of their way to accommodate our every wish, they even offered the car rental at a very good price, we had a luxurious and personalised breakfast in the sun and surrounded by blooming flowers every morning. Apartments are beautifully done, self contained, with everything one needs for cooking and comfortable living. Very high standard of cleaning - spotless, and cleaned on regular basis. The view from the terrace, especially at sunset, is simply spectacular. The beach is steps away - beautiful, natural, with wonderfully clear and warm waters even now in October. Perfect for snorkelling. Mitikas is so nicely located for accessing different historic sites (Nicopolis can be walked to from there), most beautiful beaches within easy reach, the buzzing Preveza, Amvravikos wetlands, mountains with other sites that must be seen. Free of tourist crowds, yet with some nice tavernas and restaurants. Every night we returned home to Faros Apartments from our exploratory trips and were always warmly welcomed back. We did feel very sad to leave this place that felt like true home. Five stars plus.

Really wonderful hosts! The place is comfortable, we had everything we needed. The view from balcony just on the sea, perfect for watching sunsets. The wild beach beach was basically in front of the hotel. Beautiful memories!

I like everything. The hosts were very friendly and helped for everything you need. The apartment is located in a small and quiet village, near Preveza and Lefkada. The cleanliness was excellent and they clean floors every day and change towels and sheets every 3 days. A beach is in front of the hotel, with free sunbeds and umbrellas. Monolithi beach is also organized beache with good Lithos beach bar and it is nearby Faros apartment.

The apartment is located in a small and quiet village. There are almost no tourists there, mostly locals. The hosts were very friendly and helped with transport from Preveza airport. The apartment was cleaned every one-two day. There is a nice balcony with a good sea view. There is a very nice beach in front of the hotel stones+sand, very clean water. There are several restaurants and cafes to visit. Nearby in 40 min by foot you can find the ancient ruins of Nicopolis with a beautiful Odeum and archeological museum. There are bikes available to borrow for free in the hotel.

Great apartment. The view was absolutely AMAZING. Nice common area. The host is very nice, generous, hospitable. The rooms are cleaned every day. Clean towels and sheets every other day. Equipped kitchen with everything that one might need. The beach is right in front, with free sunbeds and umbrellas (if you can find one available). Monolithi beach is few hundred meters away.

Perfect location, about 2 minutes of walk to nice and clean beach with free beach umbrellas and beach beds. Beach was sandy so no shoes needed. There is a lot of taverns with great food for good price and fantastic caffe with icecream in the centre of the village + bikes in the hotel which you can use any time without reservation free of charge. we used them to explore ancient roman city Nicopolis (10 mins from hotel). There is a lot of toys, chess, puzzle, badminton, books and beach equipment for you in the hotel. Appartments are cleaned up every day.
