Got the impression we were nearing end of season, indoor pool was supposed to be heated, but appeared rather cool. The ensuite in our room smelt of dirty drain smell.

it is strange to me that in a five-star hotel with an all-inclusive system there are paid sunbeds on the beach. The pool near the beach did not look well-kept, I had no desire to enter it. when I travel, I sometimes have to work, the internet was very bad. the spa center was not clear to me, I was not able to use the hammam or sauna, in fact, only massages and cosmetic procedures were available for an additional fee, which is more for women. In general, there are no critical remarks, everything was good.

It was a good vacation. The hotel staff is very friendly and tried in every possible way to create a comfortable stay. A special mention to Ms. Sofia, she is a great professional and dealt with all our special requests and needs in one second. The hotel was clean. everywhere in the hotel and from most of the rooms there is a wonderful view of the sea. The food in the restaurant is varied and fresh, many meat dishes, excellent Greek cuisine. I liked that there were several constantly working bars during the day, I like when there is a beach bar. There is a constant shuttle to the beach with very friendly drivers. Different show programs were organized several times a week, which I also liked. All in all it was a good carefree vacation.

There were a couple of minor things worth mentioning. Some of the wooden furniture and walls had visible fingerprints and hand marks from sunscreen, which is quite common in sunny destinations. Additionally, the bathroom's piping system occasionally emitted an unpleasant smell.

I absolutely loved several aspects of the property. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. The food and drinks were top-notch, offering a delightful culinary experience. The breathtaking views added to the charm, and the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. The icing on the cake was the complimentary airport transport, which made the travel experience seamless. And the unforgettable highlight was the exquisite a la carte dinner served right on the beach – an absolutely fantastic experience.

Cheeky add on expensives which were cheeky and not stated on Booking.com as a charge. Being charged 3 euros a day to have a safety deposit box which i feel is an essential so cheeky. DONT GET PICKED UP FROM AIRPORT... if you don't want to be stranded at the airport going there that is. Don't use their shuttle bus as we got stranded at the airport after one of their drivers got a ticket and called into have a chat with the police! We were told by locals it was because it was a 'cowboy' taxi service. Rang the hotel who weren't bothered and just told us to get a taxi. Not the best start to the Holiday. So get a local taxi from the airport or book your own. Airport was 40-45 euros. Gym onsite was an ok size but old machines and the 2 cross trainers they had one turned on but not able to adjust anything and the other one felt like it should be condemned. Also the age old need to be up at the crack of dawn to get sunbeds around the pool but that's not anything new. This got worse as the holiday went on, god knows what its like when the summer holidays hit!

It was clean, really helpful and friendly staff, good size room. We were fortunate to get a great sea view with the upgrade through booking.com! Food was tasty, but not alot of variations through the week or themes. One Italian themed beach front restaurant, the beach location was a nice change. Reservation woman is fountain of knowledge, really good and helpful.  Pool bar had good variety of drinks, snacks( kitchen woman was lovely and a good laugh and sometimes live music at night. Its close to town to try bars, shops, restaurants then over the road to the beach...A short walk to the beach but get use to those Steep hills, but they are good for the glutes lol! 💪

Our room had a broken bathroom door, that took 2 days to fix (pourly) The room was also not clean upon arrival, specially the bathroom. The "Italian dinner" option for our all exclusive plan was painfully bad. Our worst meal in Crete. We actually could laugh about it alot. Drinks and coffee very cheap.

The Location is very good, the beach good also, friendly staff and Sofia specially with her great tips and recommendations. Breakfast and lunch fine. Overall Facilities Good.

We booked the hotel for 5 nights and left after one night. We are a family of 4 with kids 7 and 3. We took the split room and stairs in the room are not designed for a 3 year old. We felt that it was dangerous. The hotel itself is full of stairs and to get around with a push chair is not easy. Let alone going to the beach was a long walk and with many stairs. There is a shuttle to the main road but we missed the return and had to climb up. All in all we left as it did not feal as the hotel was suited for us. In addition there is no internet in the 4th floor.

The staff were very helpful with my situation. the place was clean. The main pool was nice. The ffod was excellent.

The wine and beer included in "all inclusive" were really poor choice for 5* hotel, so we kept buying good stuff from the closest minimarket.

Very nice and helpful staff, especially Mrs. Sophia and people at the entrance to the main restaurant (unfortunately 1 particular bartender at the main lobby bar kept spoiling the overall warm feeling). We were delighted by the view from our room's terrace at the 4 floor. The food in the Chinese restaurant is excellent. The bar right at the beach is a nice touch.

Food- that is always treaky....I would say overall good and above usual hotels avarage, but don't expect miracles. You gonna have enough after couple of days.

Overall a very nice hotel, very clean, staff friendly and helpful. Keep in mind that is located on the top of the hill, so you either walk up and down or use a hotel shuttle each time, which works fine.

The pools in the main building were a little dirty. Old furniture and facilities. Not many facilities for the kids. Long lines on the bars (especially at the main pool) They forgot to pick me up from the airport and had to wait 1 hour Had to pay for the sea sunbeds

- Pool area small - Some of the staff members were not polite - Room smelled stuffy, the floor was broken - Air conditioning in the room worked but blew only really cold air so we were cold during nights. We stayed only a couple of nights so didn't want to bother the staff. - Dinner-time was really crowded - Hotel was situated up in the hill which was a surprise to me because I understood it is a beach hotel, but it was very easy to get to the beach by a bridge or hotel shuttle (free) - Food quality was not that good - Sodas were cheap local versions - Juices from concentrate

Hotel is far too big and therefore very crowded, not my style of hotel at all. I thought I would be staying in the building right by the beach, which I later found out is the Galini Spa building; the confusion was down to me. The main hotel is some way from the beach and up a very steep hill. Fine walking down, but not so good walking back up. The reception staff were fine and helpful, despite reception being very busy most of the time. The pool area was exceptionally crowded and noisy, not relaxing at all. The room was OK but old and could have been cleaner.
