Room had a nice view of the city and beach. Beach was 100 mtr away on bus route 15 mins into city centre. Love the breakfast area. Friendly staff, also helpful. I lost a day due to cancelled ferry from santorini it wasn't an issue and they held my room. Hope to get back next year with my siblings and their kids.I

Beach is very close, 2-3 min to walk Staff was very caring and helpful. As it was "winter period" only a few hotels were open. I am very grateful that they were ready to take good care of us despite having only a few customers in the hotel (we got privately catered breakfast every morning!)

The hotel is advertised as accessible but there's a huge step to get to breakfast / garden /car park.. In my parents' room there was a gigantic step to access the clothes rail at the back of the wardrobe so my mum was unable to hang her clothes up. Missing tiles in the corridor on the second floor are a trip hazard!! The bathroom needs renovating. Rusty shower cabin track

The curtains did not draw correctly, so it was not possible to cut out all of the light.

Room was a good size. The self service breakfast was excellent with a very wide choice of hot & cold. The staff were friendly & helpful. Noise was not a problem. The bed was comfortable.

Very nice small hotel close to the beach and restaurants. The room was spacious and nicely furnished and the bed was really comfortable. You can have breakfast in a beautiful garden surrounded by trees and flowers. There is a free parking place. Staff was amazing, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back .

The location is really close to the beach, breakfast was excellent and the garden terrace was super nice. The towels were changed every day, the staff is really helpful and I definately would like to come back again soon. The transportation with city centre was great and cheap.

A few hiccups firstly when I was calling to extend my booking, and then a problem when I was checking in which led to me being driven to another of their properties. A sort of family all inclusive hotel miles away from the area where I wanted to be, in a semi industrial suburbe without the ambience of Amoudara and designed for lots of children!! Great for young families but not for a retired woman staying alone. Fortunately Elizabeth sorted it out and they found me a room at the hotel where I'd booked. My thanks to Elizabeth who has great customer support skills.

I spent about 18 days trekking on Crete, staying in various parts of the island and selected Georgia's Garden as a cozy, family run boutique hotel for my last few nights. The hotel ticked all of the boxes and was ideal to spend time relaxing and reading by the pool in the very pretty garden. The decor is fresh and modern while maintaining a homely feel. Close to the beach and plenty of cafes/restaurants. A very quiet hotel without children (when I was there) which suited me at the time! It seemed that lots of guests return every year which is always a good sign...

Cleanliness around the pool etc. wasn’t great but it was so so beautiful, it didn’t matter

The staff were exceptionally kind, in particular the woman on the front desk in the mornings. The breakfast was nice. It was exactly what I needed as a solo traveller, with the pool and beach extremely accessible. There’s no way to really meet other guests/start chatting, but bring a couple good books and you’ll be fine!

Grass in garden could be nicer, room wasn’t cleaned every day for some reason, weird shower (it was hard to manage cold-hot).

Room wasn't superior at all. Literally a small sea view. Stank of smoke so had to be moved to the next floor down. The new room was OK however the bathroom wasn't pleasant. Old sink unit with peeling paint and mould. Shower had mould and hairs in it. Under the beds hadn't been cleaned for some time. Garden needed a good weeding. Sunbeds grubby with dirty mouldy water collecting in the grooves.

Staff amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Near the beach. Easy parking. Good breakfast selection. Comfortable beds. Quiet area.

Our stay at this hotel was great. The room was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent, just a few steps to the beach and very close to the bus stop (from which it took only around 15 minutes to the city center). The exterior of the hotel was also beautiful since we could enjoy our breakfasts and dinners outside in the garden. I would especially like to point out the extremely nice and friendly staff of this hotel. They helped us with everything we needed and fulfilled all of our requests. I believe they are what makes this place truly exceptional. I can definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

The only negative thing is that the pool was opened to people that they weren't staying at the hotel so most of the time it was occupied from kids that their parents treated the area like a playground and with no respect to the other visitors.The one of the two jacuzzi was broken down from a group of kids the previous day.Most of them were loud and they were throwing water everywhere. The hotel should change the open pool policy or at least establish clear rules for the people that use the pool area.

The hotel is located almost next from the beach.The room was clean and cosy and it had a lovely balcony with amazing views.The breakfast was rich and the food that I tried were well cooked and tasty.My only suggestion is to add allergen food labels to the different dishes .The staff were all very polite and welcoming.They were willing to help us with all our enquiries and they gave us directions on the local shops and public transportation.

The reception in the middle of the night was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing, the beds in the room are gorgeous, the garden with the pools is very cozy and beautiful. A few minutes walk to the beach, but it looks mediocre. You tend to stay in the beautiful hotel garden with the pools and the bar.

All was pretty good.

The Hôtel experience made it prefect for us to enjoy Crete. The beach, some restaurants and a supermarket were so close. The staff were very friendly and sweet. We even liked George the cat. Fantastic family experience for us.

Our first room was terrible. Nothing similar to the pictures. We asked Sofia to handle the situation and she manage to move us to a better room.
